OOOUUUGHH I did it! I was lucky enough to have most of spring break to work on this, so I had plenty of time to nearly double the page length. This comic also includes the very first time that I had ever drawn an action scene in comic format (if you could even call it an action scene, lmao). I had to get SUPER sketchy for the last few pages though. :[
I feel like this comic still suffers from the main flaws of my first round (very same-y panels, lack of full bodies, too much time spent on the characters doing FA, and don’t you dare evEN LOOK AT THAT FIRST PAGE-), but I’m still pretty proud of how it came out! Hell, I even got the opportunity to show off with a tiny bit of color! I’m still pretty sure that I’m gonna lose this round, but it’s really nice to see how much I can do underneath such time constraints.

Anyways, while I really struggled to figure out how this round would play out at first, I honestly feel like it wound up being the perfect matchup! Terror Hunter’s occasional trickery really helped give a slower slide in tone, from Cedric’s friendliness & positivity to the majority of the cast’s general evilness. There were still a bunch of different ideas that I had to juggle around and switch out. Something that I REALLY wish that I had the time to include was my original idea of only Cedric going missing, which would’ve made the majority of the comic all about Ström & 01 bickering with each other while Terror Hunter subtly eggs them on from the side for his own entertainment. I feel like the dynamic between all three of them would’ve been really fun to see (and I part of me almost wants to draw just a tiny bit of it anyways)!

Sel: Yo, the vehicles were superb. You gotta start drawing more vehicles because I think these beauts were the biggest strength of the comic.

Techno: Congrats on making TH a scary bastard and for pumping out this many pages in a week. Remember to not burn yourself out with them. Even if you didn't get everything you intended to get out of this comic, you did more than expected. That goes for you too Sel. Be gentle on yourself.

Tech- the art is good and the use of the characters is good but what really  stood out to me is how good the writing was. Higher page counts, especially wordy ones like yours, runnthe risk of becoming  a but of a slog, but when I was reading I looked at the page number and was like "oh wow, I'm on page 10 already"? It's easy to read and well paced, and good dialogue and pacing is one of the hardest things to get down when writing a comic, so I wanted to point that out.

Sel- your comic is kinda the inverse, for me. I liked the art and the writing and just when I was getting really into it it was over. You said that you didn't get in everything  you wanted, and being in that same boat I empathize. With that in mind, I assume a bit more Harrison was present  in the original plan, because the lack of him is my only real con for this comic

Techno: I liked the build up of tension you had here. I liked your depiction of TH, and how he sinister he was.

Selevan: Your pages look really gorgeous and I love the splash of red at the end. Again I love TH's sinisterness, I just wish this encounter between him and 01 wasn't so brief!

Techno- Really love the simple way you evoke both character's personalities and choices! I also really liked that dramatic last panel.

Selevan- omg omg its diov mythra omg babygirl omg
Really was impressed with the way you were pushing your art style and composition here! I felt the overall plot was a bit confusing to me since it felt more like just a brief encounter, but I did like the heightened drama and danger of the interaction. Really love villainous Harrison :>
