Waaaaaah? Aww man, no way! No entry from Caanan? Oh well, I guess. But I guess I understand what it means to be busy so I\'m not too disheartnened. And I\'m glad to hear my hand drawn art isn\'t as terrible as I think it is usually.

shit man, this could have been a great battle. Would like to have seen Gane Dewmar... in the other artist style...

kato: good work. this is definitely a good fight on your side, especially for being the first you've done by hand. if you shrink your pages a bit, you can hide a few errors in the inks themselves. mostly like fuzzing, or scribbling. i.e. if you try to draw a straight line (say for a panel, or sword) and you go over it a bunch of times, adding a little each time, you get a scribble when you scan it. by shrinking the overall pages, you can reduce that to where it's hardly noticable, while not losing any of the quality.

Nice work, Burake, man. I like this better than your more digital stuff. Looks smoother and more professional. I couldn't really telly what was going on with the people in the beginning though, and who's that guy with the old man? I thought he was gane.

Caanan: Gah, your first loss Ah well, you probably had more important obligations taking up your time, so it's cool.

Burake : For your first pencil/ink battle, this is pretty damn good, despite the smaller flaws (anatomy, angling, composition, etc.). As a stand-alone, however, I couldn't make any sense of what was going on (for instance, who are Leuze and Dr. Nakagari ?). My advice would be to study line weights to give a better effect of dynamic to your lineart. For this attempt, I give you an A-. Good work man, can't wait to see some development. ^_^
