A devil-may-care thief with a love for the finer things in life. She is extremely generous with her money
spending and giving it away with wild abandon when she has it, confident that there will always be another
mark when she runs out.

She is one of the few people in her world that are capable of making, modifying, and repairing magical artifacts. she uses this to her advantage, easily bypassing magical security systems and defenses to acquire her latest prize. Magical artificers are considered a high demand profession, so it's highly likely that her life of crime is an active choice rather than a matter of necessity.

Scarlett's Rifle is considered a Masterwork. It's extremely durable, accurate, and capable of cutting cleanly through most, if not all physical materials. It's well beyond Scarlett's skills to make such a weapon and is believed to be the work of the Legendary Craftsman Yakir. It's unclear how she got a hold of the rifle, most people assume she simply stole it, but her skill set seems to imply some sort of apprenticeship. Many people take great offence to the latter theory, due to Yakir's honored status and Scarlett's ignoble birth.
