i don\'t think i\'ve laughed that hard at a Void battle, Hiemie, that was bloody hilarious. i know its bad, but i could not stop laughing at Phil, just even seeing him in your style was funny. i love your stuff, it kind of reminds me of Kochalka!

Both comics were awesome. Votes were almost equal but Squid gets my vote cause it made me laugh more.

Hiems- Great showing, I like how comfortable you are with your style.  And the clip of Kure\'s comic was genius.  You are The Innovator.  

Lex-I was a little surprised when I read another comment saying your story was more creative than Hiemie\'s.  It was pretty formulaic in my opinion, too point A to point B.  It was a perfectly acceptable comic and I did enjoy it, but Hiems definitely has the edge here.

Great story, too, you have really calmed down and focused your thoughts, it is a refreshing break I must say- your dialog is beautifuly simplistic, perfec., the only thing you needed to do was sprinkel on some real sand.

lextheblack, i like your character, you have some great art and a fun design, great use of perspective to.. Squid-woman really takes after the traditional mermaid folk lore as being a killer.
story just needs a little work.

Hiemie - cutting in the lobster boy panels into your comic made for the absolute best ending to any comic on void since Dawg\'s battle with polar pal.  You\'re an innovator.  Art was ok, you\'ve done better, but you\'ve done worse too.  Overall a very good, extremely entertaining comic.

Lex - Something about your art reminds me of King Of The Hill, anyways the art was for the most part pretty good, the story was ok but not quite as entertaining or creative as Hiemie\'s version. Oh and OMG ~ GREEN BOOBS.

Heimie your shit\'s fucking llarious as always, and I can see you\'re trying to manage the flow in your comic too which is a plus in bravery and follow through. For some odd reason your characters play out more genuinely that is consistent with your comic world- even though you\'re always trying some shit crazy media everytime. You get high points for presentation if any and that can be applied to entertainment and quality both. creativity also gets a high because its always something new with you that I cant ever guess next.

Lexy boy you\'re winning in your own right too I suppose, You have good line art reinforced with colors which is always a plus however - that - and story quality for the comic dont add up the same.  So you wont get much of a creativity bonus, since the story played out with some predictability and lacking character depth- but it will be substantial since a gag or two about SP\'s properties were played in clever.  But do not despair ! Squid woman is sum hot shit in my book.

Oh, and Hiemie… uhm… Well, I thought yours started a bit worse than Lex\'s. I guess I need a bit of time to warm up, but in the end it was almost as funny. Almost. I still tought Lex was a bit more creative, though. However, what really did you in was the artwork: kinda sloppy, if you ask. Still, good times!

All in all, awesome battle on both sides, but I just can\'t resist the Squid… Call me!
