I really wish you had gotten more in Roflqu, because what you have makes me want to read so much more. I like the quiet, contemplative atmosphere and the bleakness of the city. Fear's inner monologue meshes really well with the visuals. I sort of wish you had been bolder with cast shadows throughout the setting though, it would've done a lot for the atmosphere.

     In the end, it's nice work dude, and you're totally talented enough the continue the story from this spot in the next round, so don't worry. I gave low scores, but that was just because it's incomplete, not because of the content.

I'm not gonna make this long and drawn out. I was sick and haven't worked on this thing pretty much at all. You'll get the pages I did work on to at least show that, but I'm not going to strain myself on what should be fun. I'm disappointed that this didn't go well, especially after all the work that everyone dedicated to getting this set up, so I apologize to you all. I really hope that everyone produces awesome stuff and I wish for the best.
