I know your pain haha I've now been working at a Starbucks in the middle of the mall for a year. Words will never be able to describe the feeling I get when I see a line going all the way down the mall coming from my little kiosk and each person orders a frappucino. They forget there's 3 other Starbucks in the mall haha
