At 600 dpi in Photoshop I used halftone pattern with the dots at 8 with a contrast of 50. The halftone layer is above my color layers set at overlay. Then there's a random grungey paper texture on top of that and the lineart layer set at overlay as well. The grungey paper texture+halftone pattern gives it kind of an aged comic look.
