Stylize me, Cap'n! JAM

Stylize me, Cap'n! JAM

Draw VOID characters in different style of other artists. For example, I drew Sergio in Tove Janssen, Tezuka Osamu, and..um. Barbucci's style.

Sort of.

Moomingio.

Tezuka Osamu is my J-pop idol

He's mentally imploding from waiting too long to blow the birthday candles.
You can see it in his eyes.

Now please go whip up some Jam sammiches. Daddy needs his...um. Jam sammiches?

I don't want to stylize your cap'n. Ever.

An oldie. My attempt at using the style of those cheap 60's cartoons like Rocky and Bullwinkle, Peabody & Sherman etc. Lemondoodle colored and toned this one

Yuki made me do this one too. Tove Jasson's childrens book style of Eliza with Sergio hattifatentivnfdhger.

I really really love these, Bitter. I honestly fell in love with how you did Eliza with that paranoid face. I wish you'd do more!

That be a Crazy Samurai I seein? Very nice work! I think that's also a great idea that you made a link back to the original artist's illustrations.

Yep, that be Sam. Also, not a lot of people know Kazuma Kaneko so i thought it'd be appropriate to post a link to his source material.

I kept asking myself where I should put this since its both stylized AND noir, but I figure this is a good a place as any.
Saw the Sin city movie was on the tube so I pulled out some of my Frank Miller comics and gave it a try.

(Even in Sin City Mimi doesn't have spectacular boobs. Fail XD)

Reviving this topic YO!

Some of the following styles worked better than others. But they were all first tries for me in those styles so I dont feel any of em were a complete failure.
