March does indeed march on, but with the new month, we have new events to look forward to. With Heart of Heroes starting, our 2 round tourney will go through the rest of the month and into May.
Anywho, we will move onto the top comics of March, although this one will be a bit different as the top overall comics snagged the categories in their respective order. So for this newsletter, I’ll just list the top 5 overall comics for the month of March instead of our normal layout just to shake things up a bit.

Top 5 Comics
Silver and Iron by Badger
This one was a fascinating beyond battle by our very own Badger. Within these pages, we see a tale of Talon and his experience with the witch-hunting faction known as the Inquisition. I definitely would give this one a recommendation to read if you have a chance and are in for a short yet intriguing tale.
Nuit de mes reves by Putrid
The comic structure and the colors on this page is something to behold as the tale goes down some dark tones. A mature tale not for the light of heart, but an interesting tale to read.
FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS by Tgood
Here we have the winner of our recent Election Royale picking up a top spot within March. While the comic is Monotoned, it has a lot of creative shots and comic structure that it is interesting to see how certain pages were built. I definitely give this a recommendation to read again just to look at the structure of this story.
Sink or swim by Fuu
Another interesting tale from Fuu as we see a simple situation as a swimming lesson turned to something more moody and darker. The tone shift is very well done and the comic pages pops with the economic use of color within these pages.
Nothin’ but a Hound Dog by SirJellyRaptor
Here rounding out this list is one of the many great runner ups in the Election Royale. The humor and writing done for this entry is just simply side-splitting and gave lots of great gags that I remember telling Cab on the way to work. I would also give this one a recommendation for a read as well as the other entries in the Election royale as all of them were fun to read.

Felix Saves Someone by TechnoAlchemist and marrionberrypi
A fun prologue to the Heart of Heroes tournament setting up one of the teams, Felix and Mary Sue, this comic is adorable and wonderfully heartfelt. It works both as a way to establish the friendship of these two budding superheroes, as well as showcasing some of their abilities and their superhero looks--while still leaving some mystery! The blend of traditional and digital art gives this comic a really unique look and really showcases one of my favorite parts of collabs: the way two different art styles can work together to create something new and interesting! Really looking forward to where Techno and Redsky go with these two throughout the tournament <3
