Tyr is based on the Norse god of the same name. Tyr was born Tiernan Raynor. When Tyr was young, he aspired to be a guitarist, excelling at a young age. When Tyr became older, he gained moderate fame for his talent of classical guitar playing. Eventually, he married a woman, and started a family. One day, Tyr's family was killed. He then made a deal with the devil in the form of Fenrir. Fenrir said he must give up something he held true, and he would give him immense power. Tyr chose his arm, rendering him unable to play guitar. He seeks the man who killed his family, leading him to Void City. His powers so far are super strength, super toughnness, as well as flying.
