@tombola: Really fun intro to your character and his story! The first couple panels immediately had me hooked, and I want to see where this story goes!

@ultraanton: 1-week deadlines are tough! Don't be afraid to cut it down to three pages if you know you're not the kind of person who can just bang out a full-length comic in a week. I'm really digging this experimental vibe you've got going with how you do your paneling and how you draw your characters. Please do more comics! I want to see you grow as a comic artist, because you've got crazy potential for sure!

Since i'm in the crittin' mood, lemme hit up the parties that asked!

TOMBOLA- Really great stuff! I couldn't get enough of how you depicted your opponent-even going so far as making her unintentionally funny? staring at the dead rat to hissing a hello. Super dig.  I especially love the way you drew out Dedhead reforming her blown off head on page 3- the utter horror of it was really felt spreading it out over multiple panels.

I think my only nitpick is that you're a bit heavy by way of impact lines. Every other panel had impact lines- some on relatively mundane interactions and actions- that the impact feels diminished

Still all in all great first showing from the both of you!

Tombola:
You've got some real good inkwork here! While a few panels look a little off in the anatomy, like page 1 panel 2, there's some really strong ones too, like page 2 panel 3. Your composition is also super interesting and engaging. It's obvious you're going for a manga look with this, and I think you're succeeding! Uh, sorry this comment is so much shorter than ultra's, I enjoyed it ;_;

Ultraanton:
I kinda have the opposite comment about this comic (I mean, referring to the first part, not the "succeeding" part)! Your art is so loose that all your anatomy feels very full of life, especially when it's in motion. It has a super strong and interesting look to it! I think in more standard, static poses like on page 1  though, it looks weaker and less confident. Same kind of goes for the inking, which doesn't really fit the buildings or the doorframe, because of its wiggly nature. And that also extends to the composition! In the second half, the continuous, unending splash-pageiness of it looks great, but earlier on when nothing's happening, it just feels kinda tiring. I think if you put a servo on the chaos here and dish it out in lesser frequency, you can get an amazing sense of pacing going!

Tombala, I really enjoyed the comedic interaction turned hostile pretty quick. Baby helmet is important, do protect. And the ending was fun, does he ever learn what year it is?

Ultra, your pages are really wild to look at, kind of atypical panels, textboxes, and sequences, all really give your comic a life of it's own. It still reads well, too, so none of that is a detriment to the story at all. I think one of my favorite touches is the use of color in an otherwise all greyscale, mostly black and white, comic.

Great stuff, both of y'all.

Tombola: That was a really fun way to introduce your character! As a result, Dedhed was kind of incidental, but it still works. Maybe you're going a little heavy on the speed lines...

Ultraanoton: Oooh, creepy! I want to know what will happen!

Just wanna start by saying both of you have amazing inks.

Tombola: I like all the expressions you did in this all the characters emote very well in it. Also I really like all the different sound effects and lettering stuff you did. I don't really have any particular crits, if i had one thing i do wonder why a whole bunch of bullets worked on dedhed when one didn't, but you had limited time and that's more really just a nitpick. Overall great job and welcome to void.

Ultra: welcome to void and what you did in one week is really amazing, as you do more comics you will figure out a better pace. I wanna say i love the blue purple gradiant you did. also your style for drawing dedhed and certain women is really unique and stands out fantastically when next to a more normal looking guy like Vincent. I wanna see you do more battles with dedhed against a more normal looking person since the contrast in style is so great to see.
