Pocket mouse and GPS-Device, you guys did a great job making the characters feel natural together,in the context of the story. I agree with Rhimwill about the lines in the comic, one way I think would help with your backgrounds is break up the lines instead having solid lines. I was also wondering was this meant to be longer? it felt abrupt on page seven.
I didn't realize it till I read your comic that Regi & Gwen are technically beat cops, and that makes me smile.
SloppyBottom and Gergly good idea with the solid colors, a good move when short on time and it helps the characters pop. I would a like more backgrounds but what you drew is good. I love the idea of Deathwish hanging out with Regi & Gwen, makes me grin. My favorite is page 2, nice touch with the purple fade for outside, then a cool blue and grey for the police station

Sloppybottom and Gregly: I love that you decided to use another fifth character as your badguy right off the bat! Unfinished, but ah well. Gwen and Regi have some really distinct character silhouettes compared to the other characters, and it would have increased clarity a bit to push the differences in silhouette between the other characters, too – especially Mann and Merrik. I really like the dynamic action sequences you've got going. It was fun seeing all the characters helping each other out in various ways during the battle. I liked the look on Gwen's face when Mann started slapping the badguy around to get information :'D
Pocketmouse and GPS: I loved Gwen and Regi's weird, nonsensical interrogation method! XD Especially in contrast to Mann's no-nonsense attitude. For the last two pages, I think the inking would have benefitted from more variation in line-weight for characters in the foreground versus characters in the background. The thick lines on the smaller characters in the distance makes them lose some definition, and using a thinner line would also help better define foreground-midground-background relationships. The color pallets throughout this whole thing are really superb. This was a really fun read.

Gregly + SloBo- It's unfortunate this is incomplete bc I love the work from both of you :''( but it is very hard to make out a lot of what's happening with just the sharply contrasting character-flats. But I love the story, y'all's blend of quirky lighthearted humor and dark humor works surprisingly well here!
Geeps + PoMo- HNNGNGNGNGNNGNGNNNN I need to see more of what happens. The only crit I can really think of is that, with the color palette, sometimes the pages can kind of blend in with each other? like, the colors don't feel like they have a lot of progressio, save the amazing breaking-apart panel. But I love what you wrote, so much

TEAM SLOPPYGREG- Robonapped?!~ Whose behind these mechanical mystery? Haha, I gott say, Gregly, i always dig your stories. They're wholesome, bright, but this battle definitely saw some edge to it with Avery's pistol whipping. I know the bulk of feedback you have is that the background/colors are unfinished, but after reading Sloppy's previous battles, I just figured that this was the usual Al Hirschfield-esque approach they usually undertake. Though to be fair, if that's the case, there needs to be a focus or distinction as your character lines blended into the environment
TEAM POCKET GPS- My aesthetic is Gwen & Regi getting edgy cop speak wrong, but still being cute. Still holy crap, they beat Merrick up good. Those fists of Gwen's may be small, but they are mighty! Speaking of aesthetic, that descent to the past (and also implementing in universe events like the VDay explosion on the Beowulf) super appeals to me.
I'm not really sure how the work was divvied up, as there's no 'credits' post, but there are moments where the linework looks like you both worked on it at the same time. Specifically page 5 where we get that nice big panel to give that funny punchline. While this is tag team, it was a tad jarring to see this background and one character feel like they belong while the other felt like it was popped in.
I am not putting my guard down with you guys considering one's already won tourneys previous and the other is a mystery threat. I got my eyes on you!

Sloppy and Gregly: I enjoyed this story, but I felt like you could have use more contrast between the lines and the base colours. Besides that it's a very stylised but readable story.
Pocketmouse and GPS: This is beautiful. The art is so gritty yet appealing. I like the amazing work on page 3 when they fall through time. I felt like there could have been something more in the scene where they shoot at the attacker but other than that I can't think of a critique.

TEAM DEATHPATROL: Solid script and characterization BUT the unfinished quality of the colors is really making the overall product suffer it might have even looked better without it at all. Regardless of the outcome of this battle I really do hope to see more from you guys though
TEAM SNIPERCOP: I'm into the mystery and I wanna see where it leads! One problem I had is with the transition and layout from the last two pages, I got confused over who was shooting, who they were shooting at and from where. I had to re-read to realize that the person they shot was intentionally left off screen.

Sloppybottom and Gregly: Cliffhanger! HMMMM, this is a pretty good combo of your skills, although you choice of colors could be better. The values seem different enough, but the hues are a little hard to look at. Also, I kind of feel like the not-exact flat areas of color would work better with lineart that was a bit heavier, or if the colors or the lines had more texture.
Pocketmouse and GPS-Device: Oooh, I like this setup for a time travel story! It seems to cut short, but I want to see where this mystery leads. And how ironic for Deathwish!

Slegly: Some really nice dialogue as usual, and throwing in Cassidy as a major player since she never really got a TTT partner is cool, but it's super disappointing that the story doesn't really go anywhere! I mean, it goes somewhere, it sets up a cliffhanger, but it's really bare bones. You don't really build up much tension! And the muted simple palette that doesn't follow the lines, while very nice in some cases, just feels lazy here. They just really play down the action, and make the comic feel so uneventful! The linework is certainly nice though.
Pockeeps: Niiice, a very solid and sleek comic! Splitting up your styles between the time frames gives a super clear idea of the time shift, but they still feel really complementary! The comic's short, but I think it really develops your plot well, although that does mean Gwen & Regi and Deathwish get a bit shafted. Also, like, I'm pretty sure you NAILED Gregly's writing style with Gwen and Regi's dialogue. Poor Deathwish; even when he dies, the laws of spacetime are physically broken just to make him live.

EYOOOO
Gregly and Sloppy: Yo, I love this! I like the take on Avery, especially since admittedly I didn't give too much to go off of since he's only got the one intro comic, but y'all came up with a nice plot! I enjoy that both teams comics set up a mystery angle since half the participants are law enforcement haha! Y'alls layout and panel flow is really nice, things read from one to the next really clear, and the general tone of the comic is fun with DW sprinting head first into death, almost literally! The color swatches to distinguish between the different groups is nice, but I admittedly would have liked just a bit more? It's mostly just that like, Gwen and DW are both shades of blue while the main BG is purple, so they kinda bleed into it almost, and don't quite pop as much as they should for their shots. Overall, I fucking love y'alls comic, and love the Take No Shit attitude for Avery!

Sloppy and Gregly: The plot thickens! I love your line quality and character dynamics
Mouse and Geeps: I love you colors and paneling- and how Merrik just broke through the comic to time travel XD

Pocketmouse and Geeps: To start off, I feel like this comic also isn't complete. Like there could be one more page, since everything just kinda drops without resolution. Though when I think about it, having to track down a killer could be acting as a cliffhanger. Also, Gwen, Regi, and Deathwish all feel like they have super small roles, all things considered, so this is pretty strictly a story about Merrik and Avery. The art's really strong and it all meshes together rather well, the colors and lines and bubbles creating a full cohesive picture, which is especially nice since it looks like you all went traditional, a rare and welcome sight.
