He's a senile old man with a sun for a head. Supposedly he's friends with a guy named Mr. Moon, but we don't know much else:

He's got fire powers, fire resistance, and if he dies, he explodes into a giant violent nuclear explosion. He's very nice and never seems to do anything with his powers often. He got tricked into entering by neighborhood kids. He talks like Paul Lynde.

WOWZERS HE EXPLODED! HAhahahahah!

Update: Shockly, even after dying, he is still seen generally alive and well around town. Turns out being dead is more casual in these times. He only had to go back to hell a few weeks out of the year, which he hardly minds.
