Hats: I hope you finish this story, because I love where it's going, and yeah, shadow dick man is hilarious!

Brit: Cute story! I'm not familiar with the song, so that probably made it a little less entertaining for me, but I really love how you used color in your comic. I think it's pretty brilliant. There was a lot of sketchiness and stuff that didn't make 100% sense to me, but I got the gist of the story and I think you did an awesome job! Oh, and maybe next year you'll be able to do 24 pages! But the story was great with what you had, so I don't see any reason for you to stuff in more pages just because you're supposed to.

Popokoli:

Crafty: A little predictable at times, but mostly just hilarious!!! The whole idea of a demon pigeon and everything that went with that just made my day. And the ending made me chuckle out loud. Hey, you should be doing more comic battles!

TKDZen: I was really confused for most of your comic, but I liked the cool alien creatures and mystical vibe you had going on. I think maybe you just tried to do something more elaborate than you had time to fully develop, so it felt like essential connecting pieces were missing. I also didn't really know who anyone was or why they did anything. But like Mister Kent said, I was entertained despite being confused a little!

Gallo:

Runic: I think I'm missing a lot of background info or inside jokes, but I really like your style, as unfinished as this comic was. That about covers it; I hope we get to see more of you around!

Animeshen: WOW. That WAS dark! I want to commend you on making this comic feel so finished despite your time restraint. I mean, obviously it's not completely finished, but it feels very clear to me. The story was enthralling, the characters had such a story behind them, and I just couldn't stop reading until the end! Okay, let me just say it: I LOVED this comic! I enjoy your style, too, a LOT. You had great expressions, excellent scenery, and I just loved it so much! Very well done, especially since you did it all in a single day. Amazing

HATS - Loved the set-up for your tale! The little shadow is kinda a dick, which I love. It reminds me of those commercials for depression medication we have in the US where cartoon people get taunted by their sadness. ANYWAY "Everyone will laugh at you"--dick move, shadow dude!

ATOMICFISH - Enjoyed your use of color to actually help certain story elements. Felt like a music video, so that was fun to read. The scratchiness became distracting in some places, but that's understandable for such a short time frame.

POPOKOLI - Why ?

CRAFTY - "Is that bread?" --Great line! Some really cute facial expressions here, and I dig the tiny wings on the pigeon's mortal vessel. Impressed that you got a full 24 pages, too! The mouth spew on 17 and the pigeon pose on 18 are my favorite parts.

TKDZEN - Proud of you for getting 24 pages! You drew some nice reaction shots to the event on 15, and your action poses are your strong point, I think. The overall story felt sort of stream-of-consciousness, like I didn't exactly know what was happening but I was entertained along the way!

GALLOGLASSES - Awww :/

RUNIC - First off--I've MISSED seeing Runic comics on Void! Like, a lot, so glad to see you back. While I would've like to see it a little more finished, your characters always have such style, in their expressions, their posture. Nice to see some Cyborg Necromancer in there, too!

ANIMESHEN - Congrats on 24 pages! The great first shot lured me in, and the story remained entertaining throughout. "And LIVE INSIDE YOU"--an amazing moment. Very fun reading, like a good monster movie.

FIIIISH that was such a sweet and sad love story! I loved the pink elements to make things stand out, it really brightened up the comic! I loved how it came full circle at the end!

I'm glad you liked it! sorry about Lucy's design- at first I actively tried to make her look different from Gray- rounder face, bigger eyes, higher nose- but after a few hours I got SOOO TIRRRED and just sorted of went to default XD next character I promise will look different. but I'm glad the story was intense! My goal was pretty much to creep people out! ^^;

Sooo many pages and things to touch upon, I'll be dedicating my posts to one fighter so I'm not replying with walls of text. Now, without further ado...

ANIMESHEN- I think what grabbed me about your comic was that great shot of all the characters gathered around in that first panel. That angle was really interesting. Also werewolves! Jealousy! Intrigue! Definitely hooked throughout to see how things would go. Not to mention the tense neck licking scene had me ll nervous waiting to see if he'd take a chunk out of her, haha! Nice mingling of the Jekyll and Hyde story as well- gave the traditional werewolf tale a nice twist. I guess my only complaint was that Lucy looked exactly like your character Gray- especially after she turned into a ghost and seemed to be wearing he same outfit. I'd love to see you vary your character designs a touch and go beyond what you already know.

Apologies for all, things came up saturday for me and I got eight panels done before the deadline past, I'll have whats done of it put up as a beyond battle. Great job everyone however.

Okay, uh. I actually did mine early as well, since I have school tomorrow and wanted to be well rested.
I'm not really sure how much sense this thing makes. It was a cool exercise at least, and I think the first couple of pages turned out okay (even if things very quickly deteriorate from there). Good luck to everyone else!
