Lang Zhujiang is mostly known for hanging around in the seedier parts of Wuxia City, either nursing a bottle of wine or moving to the next teahouse or restaurant that'll continue serving her more wine. Nobody's quite sure when the elf turned up there, but the more older denizens remember that she's definitely been around for a long while. And the more observant of them will tell of how despite her never being seen without a bottle or two, her reflexes are razor-sharp and she can put up a fight with the best of them, if her opponents aren't distracted by her attire that is.

Yes, she will hit people over the head with the bottle and steal their pocket money if she can get away with it.
