Sheila is of the Feljin race, a humanoid with cat-like features. Feljin’s live like any other citizen in the city; they have jobs, eat at restaurants, own apartments and what have you. Sheila is a Private Investigator who works alone, not out of preference but because she can’t afford anyone to help out around the office. Sheila was born and raised in the city where she works and knows a lot about how to survive in it. From knowing the dangerous parts of town to knowing where to get the best donuts, Sheila’s knowledge of her city is what helps her be a good P.I. She started her firm because she always had an easy time finding herself in trouble, so she thought she might as well get paid looking for it. Sheila hopes to one day get a case that will pay so well she’ll be able to move out of her shabby office and be able to hire someone who will help her with her cases.
