All I'm doing is making a subtle joke about how Lovecraft might have been right about unspeakable horrors living in the world around us, while we go on with our lives unaware of them. I'm cool with saying something like that on the internet, because it's clearly a joke.

You can't change the files after the comic is posted. The best thing is to double check your output settings before you upload. Anything between 800 pixels and 1000 pixels wide at 72dpi will look best on the site. If you're using Photoshop, use the "Save for Web & Devices" menu option to get an optimized JPEG or PNG.

You could try contacting one of the Admins to see if they will let you change the files.

 Dream walkerrr. They're kind of faint since it's a sketch and my scanner is lousy but I made his tattoos kind of cloudy and wafty for a dreamy kind of feel, and I like the idea of the third eye for someone who can see into others' minds and dreams hehe. Plus he can summon dream catchers, re-purposed to capture magical energy instead, and his handy pouch there for storing the magic once it's been nice and netted up.

Edit: Slapped some layers on there so it wouldn't be so faint looking.

There are an awful lot of people who apparently didn't read the rules OR anything Nina's been saying!

So, to be clear, the rules at the top of this thread say that one of use does pencils, one does inks, and one does colors. THEN, we all rotate. So in the end, each group has 3 total finished pieces.

Round 1
Person A - Pencils
Person B - Inks
Person C - Colors

Round 2
Person C - Pencils
Person A - Inks
Person B - Colors

Round 3
Person B - Pencils
Person C - Inks
Person A - Colors

Correct?

I've been on this site for over 5 years now.

I know that isn't long compared to the "old crowd", but it's a damn long time. And I keep coming back because of the fantastic community here. It can get a little shitty sometimes, but the love of comics by everyone here is strong, and it's hard to keep away from that.

It's so easy to try new things, and that being said, it's also easy to fail. Void makes that ok. It's the perfect place to find your comic style, your writing voice, or just your plain old passion for comics again after years of lurking and not doing art.

I've been going through a rough patch in my life, and I did leave Void for a while. But here I am again. I'm ready to start making comics again. And I know that even though I may have fucked up repeatedly, there were people here who cared enough to slap me with a reality check and make me re-evaluate my goals and priorities.

That's what makes Void so special to me. It's not just a place to make comics. It's a place with people who inspire you to make GOOD comics.
