I like the style reminds me of the nickelodeon cartoon Doug I think the more finished ones like the Agent Black look nicer.

On the sunglasses i think it would be better with the colors in a more contrasting order to better represent the shinyness if you know what I mean .

Also the blue highlights round the eyes noes and mouth seem slightly too harsh
I think if you went a little more subtly with it it would look nicer   but I actually quite like the pic so good job:D
