A really cute comic you've got here, and i really admire the naturalistic vibe you imbue into the character and the posing of these vignettes. I must say, I really like Precious, and I think her character has a lot of potential. The three comics she's featured in so far show flashes of her personality and abilities, but i think there's so much more to expand on. In her bio, it says she's willing to "lie, cheat, steal and kill to get what she wants" - I personally would love to see that fulfilled, to see a story where, let's say, she hustles someone out of their goods, maybe puts herself in a dangerous situation due to her eyes being bigger than her stomach, and has to find a way out - something that delves more into her vices and her wits. Keep truckin!

I really like this idea! It was an interesting way to show these characters daily lives!

Neat non traditional storytelling here.
Creative way of showing a snapshot of these three characters' day to day lives.

Thanks guys! And you're absolutely right Neens. When I first posted it I wasn't sure it'd get accepted since there's little actual sequential storytelling within the pages, so I was kind of expecting it to be disallowed at first. These did start as just a fun doodles to draw Precious and her crew, rather than intending to be a BB.
Also, yeah. page 5 is definitely my favorite of the bunch. Partly because of how difficult that group shot was to pull off. ^_^

so, I’ll start off saying that I think this is a fun idea! I do enjoy seeing the little vignettes into their lives. that said, and I know I’m in the minority here, I’m hesitant to label this a comic. I guess technically it fits, there’s drawings and they are in a sequential order? there wasn’t an overall narrative connecting everything though. like, each page could have happened in order, or backwards, or months apart, etc. I guess in this context I felt this was a collection of fun illustrations you did with your characters more than anything else. I also agree with the anatomy worries, but I do appreciate you lookin out for different body types! anyway, I guess my other (definitely nit picky) crit would be, seeing as this was a BB you could have taken a bit more time and done full color!! I did enjoy this though, and I thought it was fun to scroll through!

I like the experimental nature of this. Indeed a very fun approach to a comic and showing us these's character's live and personalities through social media. I most liked the page where they were taking pictures of each other and since the character order has been consistent, it's clear who is taking pictures of who. Good job.

Thanks Cy and Shen~ ^_^ I couldn't help being inspired by our 24hour fight and added the three last pages to finish this off~
I didn't realize that I'd chosen almost entirely poses for Mood that show little to no connection for her chest. I won't link her reference but it makes sense at the angles I chose, but you're right I should have varied up the angles to show that more. Similarly for Precious since her enhancements aren't supposed to be as pronounced. That or draw some other examples in the same comic to make that roundness be more apparently intentional.
For her feed however, I intended it to look like Mood is mostly only taking pictures seriously, or professionally. As it's her job, and otherwise she rarely posts things. In contrast to Precious and Katie who also fill their feed with either with selfies or food or funny things. I get how that kind of doesn't get across her personality as much though. Hard to show a character who is lazy or disinterested but also posting anyway.
Can't deny the last part though. heh. Thanks for the lengthy crit!

This is a really neat idea! I love trying to write things as a character, to really see how they view things. Stuff like character blogs have always appealed to me, and this is sort of a variant of that. I think it’s a pretty clever way to drop information that isn’t personality-related but still worth knowing, like jobs and pets. Page 5 was fun, seeing the friends take pictures of each other and comment. Precious’s outfit on page 7 was a Look too.
Crits:
You draw the Precious and the goth gamer girl’s breasts as if they’re orbs attached to their chests. The “circle” shape extends even to the top of the breasts. Unless you’re wearing a push-up bra or have huge implants, breasts won’t look like that. Precious I can concede being a model and also made of metal, but the other girl? The 2nd picture on the very first page stuck out to me particularly because her breasts are clearly hanging down and not being supported, you draw the skin taut pulling on them, but they’re still that perfect orb shape. The top should connect to the armpits. It’s kind of hard to explain via text, I’d suggest looking up nude pictures of women who aren’t models and such.
Considering these are the characters’ Voidstagram feeds, they should be posting in a way that reflects their personality. Precious definitely seems the type to be sexual, and while I don’t know anything about the fat character, since she’s into BDSM and advertising her services, it makes sense for her to post that way too. But I find it strange that the asexual character is also posing and wearing revealing clothes on her feed, especially when she complains about people not understanding that she doesn’t want sex? Not to say that ace people can’t be sex-positive or wear revealing clothes, but this is a character, not a real person, who you made choices for. As it stands it seems that she was portrayed this way because you as an artist enjoy drawing busty women. And there’s nothing wrong with that! It just doesn’t jive well when trying to portray the characters through a lens of SELF-expression like social media.
