Thanks guys! Unfortunately I did notice that Pyras, I just noticed it after I had inked 3 pages in that scene haha under normal circumstances I could have just flipped it, but Angie's location specific wounds prevented that so I cut my losses.

It's a satisfying conclusion and a welcome surprise gift by Gentoo.

My only issue occurs on pages 11 to 13.

On 11 and 12, Julia is on Angie's left-hand side, and holds her left hand even. But on page 13, they switch places suddenly.

Aside from this blooper, the delivery is fantastic as always and most importantly is heartfelt. If you can invoke an emotion from the reader, to me, it trumps any trope or cliché a story may use.

Can't wait to see what's on the horizon for Angie :)   ((perhaps that post apocalyptic collab sometime later this year))

Yes! YES YES. I loved this. And I can;t wait to see the epilogue for this series. So much action while there was a good balance of humor and emotion throughout the trio. Can't wait to see more!

Hats-Thank you!

Heathmeister-Glad you enjoyed the story arc! Pretty much what happened at the end was Gentoo grabbed Cora by the scarf, then you see his hand shaking as he ponders as he holds her scarf whether or not to help, then he gives in and agrees to help. Thank you very much for the comment!

Mister Kent-Thanks! Glad you like Angie and Julia together!

I was hoping that the Julia thing was going to happen, but wasn't sure it would. That was very nice :D Angie and Jules are just too cool together.

Wow! This is pure awesomeness! I've been loving this whole story and this chapter was the bomb! I was surprised at how likable Gentoo ended up being. I don't really agree with the comments that have been made, I found him very expressive, even with the mask, which adds that offbeat eeriness to the whole thing. Several things about this I just LOVED, like especially the image of Gentoo carrying Angela. That is so freakin cute! And her feet! Daaaww!!!! And the reuniting with Julia was amazing. It made me cry, really. I think the image of Julia was the perfect size. I think a full panel would have been too much. It was just right the way it is. If there was any part I'd have to nitpick it was the very end. I had to do a double take to see what was really going on. There's a hand holding something and kind of shaking, and I think it's Gentoo's which I found a little confusing. I was wondering at the end, did someone pull a weapon on someone? It wasn't clear, but I think Cora is thinking Gentoo will help her at the end. Also, I thought previously that the masked men that showed up after Katari injured Julia were all in Katari's head. But I guess not. That's not a negative at all, just where I found the story line interesting and a bit surprising. I look forward to more Angie!

I really liked this chapter! I thought how the colours have mellowed down to a golden-orange from the intense red of part 2 was great for the atmosphere. I thought you caught the emotion fine, but agreeing with Thresher, thought I did like how you revealed Julia perhaps a full page would have had a lot more impact. I liked Gentoo's body language a lot too, definitely when he's confronted by Cora.

Thanks! Yeah, that was definitely a challenge having to show extreme emotions with a character that wears a mask, but it was a good learning experience. I agree on the full page Julia reveal as well as the ending. Initially it was supposed to end there and I can see how it would have worked better.

I feel like you could have done Gentoo better, the mask means you really have to work harder to get his emotions across. You did ok with the dialogue and some body language but I think you could have put more into how he moved. The loose style here isn't helping that, but you did ok with it.

I'd personally have made the Julia reveal a full page shot. This works too, but that's a change I'd have made. You could probably have dropped the Angie panel on that page and it would have been just as powerful.

One other thing I'd have changed is how you ended it. With Angie's mother, you could have ended it on the "I need to ask a favour" bit. It'd be stronger than the kind of muted smile ending thing, which softens that particular cliffhangar.

Colouring is solid, I have no complaints there.

Looking forward to seeing what you do next.

A really solid comic. You really showed a lot of Angie's character with this one.

These deadlines will most likely change, I'm lining the first one to be done 1 month after the collab with Drawdan and will adjust these deadlines to fit that. From there each part will go up 1 month after the next to sort of be like a monthly comic deal. This is mostly to keep from throwing a ton of content at people at once because the story in its entirety should hover around 100 pages. I decided to break it into 3 parts for a few reasons

1.it's a lot of pages, I figured it wouldn't hurt to give people a breather and have suspense for the next part of the story.

2.to break it into chapters. Each part timeline wise takes place about 1-2 weeks from after the previous part.

I'm actually most the way through these, as of my writing this part 1 is complete, part 2 I'm just about done with the lineart and am half through coloring, part 3 I've only scripted. Hope you guys will enjoy these, they've taken an enormous amount of work and this is the longest "chapter" I've done. If I manage to plow through part 3 fairly quickly you guys may get yet another comic in April, we'll see. If all goes well Angie's story will reach its end in 2012. (aka I don't get slaughtered by color gigs)

As to why I've set the deadlines for them all, having concrete deadlines to look at is always a good motivator.
