I was out of the state while this was in the voting process, so I wasn't able to read it until now.

First - Thank you so much for battling me, Petrichor! I absolutely loved your comic and how amazing it was! I want to continue these shenanigans with Nagore, they're such a chaotic duo. The angles are absolutely fantastic, and the story was such a joy to read coming back from everything else.

Second - The comic I had planned originally wasn't like this at all. The comic I am currently trying to finish now is much more like the other comics I have uploaded to the site. I've had two family deaths in the past month, one of whom was my father, and I realized there was just no way I was going to be able to complete the comic I had wanted to in the midst of everything else. I wanted to make an attempt though, and remembered reading these sorts of 4koma comics, and really liking them. I'm glad people thought they were cute, but please don't expect this for the new comic. : )

Yess i wanted to explore that "Ancient Dragon God" side of hers through her appearance and gave her a more beasty look than the usual. Glad you noticed

Snowy i looove the contrast of our stories. Yours is just so adorable, and that panel with cat Dairyu gives me life lmao (seriously, look at those PAWS).
Thank you for battling me and uploading what you had. I'm happy you decided to do it even if it's incomplete. Hopefully i'll get to see the whole story you were planning, i know i'll love it to bits.

Snowy: Sorry to see that you couldn't finish what you wanted, but life always comes first. What you did bring in looks pretty cute, and hopefully you'll get a chance to tell the full story.

Petrichor: I had a lot of fun with your fight choreography in this comic, and the visuals are pretty creative! I'm also glad to see your sense of humor coming through even when the story gets intense. Can't wait to see where this relationship goes once all's said and done.

Snowy: Sorry to hear but I understand that life comes first and be sure that I still enjoyed what we got in this fight. I hope things look up in the near future for ya! I'll be awaiting for what comes next for Dairyu and what else you have in the works when you are good and ready!

Pettrichor: Holy damn man! I am a huge fan of how you weave your stories and make me just so invested in the various characters within the narrative. the linework is clean as always and I really like the interaction between Nagore and Dairyu and I'm glad that things worked out in the end. I hope to see more in the near future!

Dairyu's and Nagore's dynamic is so cute and clever, great job to both!

snowy: this submission kind of feels like a clip show without the transitions between the clips. It's just a little tid bit but i'm glad you shared it anyway.

really nice work, Petrichor. I love Nagore and how you draw her little dog-body and attach all the gorilla arms and shark parts and it all still looks so believable. this battle was such an obvious choice. two demi god style characters with non human alt forms. I actually hecked up and thought the comic was over. then I returned and realized: WAIT. there's MORE???!? What a full on complete STORY you've done! and, I love the way you draw Dairyu's face. kind of like a shape shifting animal's attempt to copy humanity. what a great way to not only differentiate the characters, but add some interest and subtlety to Dairyu.

damn, seeing my two faves battling was a treat, you're both insanely talented and I loved your takes on one another's characters.

Snowy- I'm obsessed with how you drew "chibis" here, such a cute style. ;_; This was a very amusing, visually lovely read.
Petrichor- You balanced intense gore and action with humor masterfully, this was an excellently paced, pro-level comic.

Petrichor: First comic that I read from you, and it was awesome. Seeing Dairyu and Nagore fight was brutal!

Petrichor: i think that was my favourite comic this year! Witty, actionpacked, quirky, cruel, gory and overall wholesome nonetheless. God i love it!
The lineart is kind of the only critqueable part here with some drops in quality/consistency but i guess its just due to making it proper to the deadline maybe. Oh i am nitpicking.
