A few words that would describe Mob the best are "street trash" "stubborn" and "junkie".

Mob spends his days doing cheap works, inhaling glue or paint thinner and stealing groceries.
He lives in an unfinished abandoned house and doesn't mind spending the rest of his days taking it easy.

Mob prefers to evade conflict and will try to talk his way out or run most of the times (he has a lot of stamina). As he says "Doctors are a luxury I can't simply afford"
However, he knows how to defend himself if neither of the other options are available.

The most valuable thing in the world for him is his helmet, feeling unprotected, doubtful and unsafe without it. Ironically, when angry, he takes it out on said helmet.

The eyes are parasitic, eating slowly the life force of their host which can be seen by the decaying skin, the decayed parts becomes iron-like solid.
