SLAGGLLE- I love the momentum you got going with this, and kinda chuckled at the Looper nod by the last page, but it feels like it wasn't finished. :< The dialogue between these two felt real- like jumping into a feature film which is no mean feat in a comic. All in all promising stuff, but seems to end before it should.

I really like your backgrounds on this. You have all the stuff necessary in the room so that we know for sure its a hotel room, and it feels like one we have all been in. I think if you want to go the extra mile you should start checking out some perspective books because you are completely avoiding that. Especially in the very first panel, since all we have to look at is an exterior, it should be a pretty good exterior. Take a look at a real building and you'll see tat windows are much more than just three rectangles put together and roofs are more complicated than the one you drew.

If you are going to be doing more lettering, I suggest you get an ames lettering guide. It will keep all of you lettering parallel to each other. Right now some text is straight some hikes up to the right, I am assuming you are right handed.

Overall this was kinda fun. I wish the "combatants" had interacted more, but this was good.
