He thinks he has very minor magic powers which he uses to tell peoples' futures. He think's he's pretty good at it, they always come true after all, but what he doesn't know is that he's altering fate.
He's an introvert, very lazy (doing magic makes him sleepy), lives on his own, likes the forest, and can cook a whole meal over a campfire. Still needs money like everybody else though, so he comes into town to 'work'.
