Mister K. G. Bochanovskyvich is a middle age ex-KGB agent, who used his access to Soviet weapon stashes to start a worldwide armsdealing and mercenary business when the Soviet Union disbanded.
Now well of age, Bochanovskyvich realizes in his rush for capitalism and violence he never got to have a family, and he probably never will. So he turned to the only other way he could leave his mark: Making the world a better place!
Starting in the stinking den of crime, the U.S.A., Bochanovskyvich begins his battle for peace and harmony, using

* his stashes of personal arms and chemical weaponry that would make any warcriminal blush
* his experience with sabotage, espionage, and terrorism
* and The Legion of Shattered Dreams, made up of men and women who came from the former Soviet nations to seek the American Dream but have long since faded into crime and exploitation, now given a chance to make their lives mean something by fighting the good fight
