QtRNevermore: I actually drew on a 9x12 paper, but I think shrinking and compressing image might have blurred it a bit. Best tips for doing that? Should "I save as png instead of JPEG?

Yeah, PNG is usually better than JPEGs ^_^
As for paper size, one of the standard sizes used in the industry is actually 11x17 with a main drawing space of 10x15 (unless you have full-bleed panels, etc.) so you might want to experiment with larger sizes and see what you feel comfortable with.

I feel old.
I've been reading a lot of old graphic novels lately (alan moore, ellis, sandman overture, etc) and have noticed that layout isn't always something that's done left to right, up to down, as long as you make it clear enough whats going on. Still figuring that out obviously. Also I guess I should do digital text instead of writing, and balloons too. Trial and error. I hope to do another chapter or a battle in the next few months.

Oh no! Not the park! D: I'll join your cause, Lotus!

I like your unconventional panel layouts! You laid them out really well so that I never got confused about which panel came next, but the cool shapes turn each page into it's own flowing illustration. With your lineart, I think the pen you're using is bleeding a little too much and making the lines a little fuzzy. Investing in a higher quality pen or working at a larger size would probably be easy ways to fix that. Also, since you're working traditionally, another good investment might be a set of french curves. They are like rulers, but for curved shapes, and they would help keep Lotus's tentacles looking nice and smooth. I'm really interested to see where this storyline goes! Also, Trump Pig made me laugh XD

Welcome back to Void!

I haven't done comics in a year or so... and I've given up on digital art completely. Gave it my best. Uploaded!
