I liked the strong color in your stuff Rico, and you wrote Brom pretty well-I agree with Pi and your own assesment that you just didnt put as much energy into your layouts and backgrounds. Keep on it-dan

thanx fo the input Pi, was it the occasional anatomy that you thought was stronger in my older stuff or the layouts? I felt like this one of my better battles compared to my Dreds stuff..Im still workin on it though-I look into trying other fonts-never realy considered it before-I always that comic sans was really easy to read-thx again for the crits, thats what I do this stuff for-Dan

Dan, very nice inks, but I think I liked your previous work better. The detail and backgrounds are nice, but every so often there are inconsistencies in anatomy, especially hands and faces. Also, lot of right angle shots, don\'t be afraid to vary it up more. You used bird\'s eye and worm\'s eye, which is good, but there\'s other angles you can take that I think would give your story more energy and emotion. Lastly, stay away from Comic Sans font, it\'s terrible for comics, regardless of its name. Visit blambot.com or dafont.com for some much better fonts that would suit your artwork better.
Rico, definitely gotta spend more time on these man; a lot of the backgrounds and figures scream of lazy. Also remember that the closer something is to the viewer, the more detial there will be. And like I suggested to Dan, don\'t stick to all right angle shots. Using them every so often is fine, but overdoing it can kill the scene quickly. I hope you work harder on your next fight.

Hey Rico, I wasnt sure what you meant when you wrote that, \"Vram could manifest anything as long as it stikes him funny\" So I stuck with the energy ball and acrobatic thing. How are you coming? Ive finished one page and im working on the others. G luck-

but they were both awesome in quality!
drawdan: love the lines! fun stuff to look at, and detail. i like how it is B&W, i don\'t think it woulda been as awesome in colour, so i like it as it is :3
rico: need to improve on some things, but your fight was complete and didn\'t look bad, so i also gave you high points on quality.
can\'t wait to see more from both of you in the future ;3
