I really enjoyed both of these! They were both pretty awesome to read and the artwork in them really looks like it  hadlots of effort put in it.

Gregly, I think you can work on making your lines a little less shaky, but I enjoyed this over all it was a fun story.

Deathly, same issue with the lines! Cute story, I think I could have done without the "rage" face though.

Good job both of you!

gregly: Great story from beginning to end! your style is also simple yet charming, I can easily see them in a saturday morning cartoon show. my only critique would be that if you intend on just keeping with flats I feel like your overall colours could be be a bit more vibrant - it should compensate for the fact that there is no shading to help it pop. Overall I really enjoyed it and look forward to more of the two (I'd also like to battle you someday!)

DeathlySilent: first time I've seen this character and I really like your lines for this comic. its got that almost carefree feel to it but it's got the right amount of details that make it aesthetically appealing. my critique would be to give more love to your backgrounds and watch out for inconsistencies. The ending to the story also felt a little abrupt to me: you seem to have a slow build up to the story and then it felt like it cut off suddenly, so watch out for that next time.

Gregly: Gwen's "Magic!" answer was a hoot. Magic explains away everything, yes indeed. Seeing Tsumi getting hauled away in the policecar was a bonus for me.

DeathlySilent: I like your art style. The meme face at the end tripped me up, I was totally not expecting that. I hope to read more about DB :O

I enjoyed reading both your comics. Perhaps one day all three characters will properly team up (even if reluctantly) and fight crime?

Nice battle you guys!

GREGLY- Hehe, I felt like I was reading an old Disney adventure comic. Nice wholesome tale from beginning to end. Ms. Clean as a diabolocal cleaning madwoman was an amusing angle and I like how you incorporated her cleanliness as a weakness to free Regi. Your comics don't have that extra oomph I think they need to be really dynamic, but they do put a smile on my face.

DEATHLYSILENT- I've actually seen Ms. Clean around, but have never actually seen a battle from you, so its great to come into this as a newbie in order to get to know her. I especially liked her teddy bear as the little guy has the same schtick as my fighter in that he talks through pictures. I was thrown by a couple as I wasn't sure what they meant. Like on page where it shows a frog and Clean tells him not to be harsh. Is being called a frog supposed to be an insult? Also on page 12 when you see the picture of the hammer- are they drunk (like 'hammered') or was he trying to say nailed or something tool related?
Despite the confusion, I really liked your inkwork. It had a breathy loose flow to it that seemed to work well panel to panel.  I also dig how you draw Gwen. Her costume and overall design felt much more otherworldly and witchy!

Gregly good job on giving us an entertaining and rather finished comic.  I'm glad you did your best on backgrounds and characters.  That said, you can do a few more things to up your quality.  Your linework could be cleaner but I'll say that's something that will emerge from practice.  Also be sure to clean up your leftover pencil marks, either by using a good eraser and/or erasing traces of it with Photoshop.  There's also very minimal shadow here which you could push further.  You do some shadows on the backgrounds at times which is good for filling out the composition but none on the characters.  So it's a bit odd how noncommittal the shadows are.  Ultimately some variation in linewidth will also help bring some depth and make your art pop.

DeathlySilent: Your style has evolved since you first came in through the invitational and I love the character's faces.  That being said the lines are a bit too loose throughout and have an unfinished quality.  Case in point: bottom of page 3, Ms. Clean's hand is unfinished.  There is also so sloppiness with the use of the blue that could have had some extra care.  While your people are very expressive and detailed, the background unfortunately suffers.  You might want to try a shorter comic so you can give equal attention to both the characters and the background.  You often use the blue gradient as a crutch to replace the lack of backgrounds.  Otherwise I really do like this style you're using now and would love to see more VOID comics from you.

Excellent job, the both of you, you've both come a long way whether through your personal efforts or beyond.  Keep pushing yourselves.

Gregs: I'm so glad to see a finished comic, the extra polish really makes this a pleasant read. As always, your depictions of characters in your comics are always bursting with personality and fun =D The only real hitch I see is that we could have maybe used a panel of Regi fainting (shutting down?) after getting splat by the mop to help transition into Regi waking up on the next panel. Also, I feel like there was some missed humor opportunity in the thought that Regi would make an awful cleaning machine due to his fear of water =O In the end though, this was charming and entertaining! Can't wait to see more!

DeathlySilent: You've got some good linework, body drawing and expressions going on. I love the fabric detail you put into Gwen's costume especially. I would have to say though that maybe you could do a little more to differentiate Ms. Clean and Gwen's faces. I can see that Gwen has a distinctly pointy nose (a nice adaptation of Gregly's style, I might add), but their faces are proportioned about the same with similarly sized features. Maybe try to stress the age difference a little more to help get the idea across that Gwen is a much younger girl? As for story, I had to dock you on entertainment for that last page. You had a good pace going on, but then the comic just suddenly ends abruptly on a rageface. I don't know if you just ran out of steam at that point, but this seems like a good time to readdress the dangers of using memes in comics, especially as a standalone punchline. It really just felt like a cop-out, and I can't say i wasn't disappointed.

Broom vs Broom action. I LOVE IT. Gregly your comics crack me up like EVERY TIME. "Magic!" "Yeah but how-" "MAGIC!" XD a bit plain in colour and detail- like I know yours is not a highly detailed style but there were places where it seemed a bit empty- but the rule is my house is usually "I laughed, you're off the hook." so bonus points from me lol
deathlysilent I like the way you draw people! Their faces, hair and clothes look great and have amazing detail! Everything else is a bit bare though- they never seem to actually "be" anywhere. (looking through again- hey, are Hannah and Alice outside the cemetery? lol awesome.) But I'm a big fan of your style, I hope you come around more often!
