Awhile ago transferred to VOID City to track a long winded case, with the latest leads pointing to the haven of criminals and unnaturals itself, been staying there since. Lives alone in an apartement in a relatively safer area of the city.

A bit old fashioned, calm and polite, he would much prefer avoid confrontations whenever possible.. either by preventing or leaving it.
Other than the rarely used obligatory gun, he has minor powers that he knows fall on the more useless side in VOID. Few said that his obnoxious length of hair isn\'t just for show-off, that it could be manipulated to cut things, something even fewer could vouch that they have seen him using it in action. One or three joked he wouldn\'t use it out of fear of staining his (usually white) clothes, well.. maybe they\'re right.

Either ways, he prefers to get by by using his head rather than head on brawl, and content to pass as something more like an ordinary human.
