panels/layout were tremendous as well...and don't get me wrong with my initial statement.....you're a giant killer.....this one just didn't tickle my eyeballs as much as others you've done

fushigi: strong move forward artistically...but it all seems to be in how you draw your character....Charlie is relatively simple compared to Fushigi....also the hand scribbled lettering in this was no bueno.....more effort should have been put into hand lettering or you should have done it in photoshop/illustrator....

shelde:the style is not my cup of tea.... but I would have to be blind not to appreciate the skill and quality....now storywise....A-fuckin-1!!!!!....the telephone bit was beauty....but a little too small.....

Oh, and um, to answer shelde's question on page7, not really XDD I did go blind for a while though.

I can more or less make out Fushigi swiping her arm at him, then firing off arm shots or summat, before morphing it FMA-style into some weird neon green (zomg!) metal lizard gun thingy. Yeah. X3

Shelde, you have yourself a new fan. Dude I LOVE the way your comics looks so... conceptual like. The colors and everything. And your style! Wow. *whistles* Good storyline with your plot there, really enjoyed how you build up the reason for the fight... and then tore it DOWN! XD I really thought Charlie was all out for her, the poor girl. XD

Page5 was outta whack in a cool way. XD; How long did she hang around that phone?! And I think it's good that you didn't add the cliched cobwebs and all that time-passed-stuff.

Fushigi: Nice to see that this looks more complete black-and-white wise! You inked her hair awesomely. ^3^ I do wish the battle had been longer, or with more back story like the one you had with Dreaz, though I suppose another round of large number of pages like that would prolly kill you XD Two battles at once is quite a task.

Just a little nit pick on the last page of your battle though: Charlie's body kinda completely covers what Fushigi's doing. It's clear that she's kicking him, yeah, but it's kinda like... missing in the way that stuff looks missing when they get cropped off weird-like or if a censor bars in the way. ^^; If you have this sort of scenario in the future, I suggest re-angling the shot from maybe another viewpoint, or angle (worms, birds, dinosaur, whatever fits) to make the kick look more impressive. Still, fair fight, look forward to seeing your next battle. =D
