Wow you're really working hard Bo! Don't forget to paint some hard edges too both paintings look kinda blurry. Use sharpness vs. blurriness to establish focal points.

Hm ... it looks a bit flat to me ... especially the lower half of the face, the neck and the shoulder plates. Think in 3d when you are painting! The shoulder plates are round, so you have to treat them as round objects when you shade 'em. Also, don't be afraid to set some harsher shadows and highlights like you did on the head. Hope that made sense ...

:( Hm ... Any specific hints what I should change?? He is supposed to be of the pretty boy sort of guy but I still want the gender to be clearly recognizable.

@Monday: Thanks =B No, it's all trad ... I tend to do very clean lineart, but mebbe I'll just stick to my usual pencil lineart if the inked stuff looks crappy. Any idea how to embetter my inking??

@BornLoser: Well she is wearing a scarf so you can't see her ... um his adam's apple. If that's the only problem you see then I'm glad XD

Her hands are too big and manly!!

Hehe just pulling your leg  :P The wolf looks great! I always admire people who can draw animals because mine suck.

I have to agree with Angie on the colour though. The pic's too bright overall and the focus on the characters could be stronger ...  the bg could use some variation of tone so that the viewer knows where to look. As it is now it kinda distracts from the characters.

Arrr ... you get my drift? It's kinda difficult for me to give good feedback in English =/ Sorry.

Saw The Reader. I tried to read the book a few years ago but couldn't finish. Now I'm gonna have to read it again I guess.
Movie was good! Everyone was pretty awesome. That fake fake German accent thing they had going on was hilarious. I watched it with a friend and we couldn't stop discussing who did a good fake German accent (Ralph Fiennes did a pretty good job) and who didn't. But wow, so much skin. Made me wonder what rating it has in the US.

Genji monogatari sennenki. A new anime adaption of the Tale of Genji to celebrate the novel's 1000th anniversary. Not that it's actually known when exactly it was written.

The detail in your bgs is amazing ... And I really like that style you're using in the figure drawing pics. More?

A realistic rendition of marinduquenio's Ru. Neither very manly nor very Asian looking because I fail  :(
