I never did put a link to my comic :/

Yonaoshi is being hosted right here on entervoid (Its the blue flowers icon on the comics page). Painstakingly written and drawn by myself.

and Conceptual Heist is a one panel strip deal over on tumblr. Written by my buddy Jay D'Ici and also drawn by me.

Delete Manager

Could you reconsider? The Manager is the only to access the webcomic manager, it's minor but it gets annoying having to go through "manage my characters" to get to the manager.

shit that Sizal is a really great idea. I don't know why I always default to regular people when I design new characters...
Anyway here is my attempt: Masika Mosley

If you want to collab some colors, send me a pm.

Jobs / Re: Who wants to get published on Revolt
« on: Jan 16, 2014, 12:48 PM »
~We are a manga inspired,
Does this mean you are going to publish the comic in a right to left format?please say no

~You will get paid royalties only. Meaning that for every issue you show up in, the money YOU get will be based on sales alone.
How much are you going to sell each unit, and what percentage of that price goes to each artist?

Quote
proceeding chapters are 18-36 pages which is easy to do for a month.
This would be hard to do without quitting my day job...

So don't look forward to anything that will pay soon or pay your rent.
...and you're basically telling me not to quit my day job...

There's no financial risk.
right...

I guess I'll just work on getting 18+ pages done every month while working full time. I don't know, maybe it is possible.

why is it called ''Revolt''?

GO FOR BROKE! / Re: Rob's Art Thingy
« on: Jan 12, 2014, 06:00 PM »
I don't really understand it myself so I can't explain how it works,
what i can do is point you to several sources ive been studying myself for solid black ''methods''

The first that come to mind are pretty obvious: Mike Mignola (Hellboy), Frank Miller (Sin City) and Eduardo Risso (100 Bullets)
Then there's Sean Gordon Murphy like Angie said
Matteo Scalera http://matteoscalera.deviantart.com/ has a more sketchy approach to hard blacks and might be what LeFred was talking about having texture in the blacks (sorry LeFred if that's not what you meant)
Then there's Becky Cloonan http://beckycloonan.deviantart.com/ who somehow manages to make her hard blacks look soft, she doesn't emphasize the black as much as every one listed above, but she still has a lot of black in her works.
Finally, if your looking for hard blacks purely as shadows, Mahmud Asrar http://mahmudasrar.deviantart.com/ is pretty good at that.

And if nothing else, trial and error always works. Try putting blacks at different places, see if it feels right, follow your gut.

I'm really passionate about solid blacks sorry

VOID Characters and Comics / Re: Challenges Thread
« on: Oct 03, 2013, 11:46 AM »
I've been gone for a while, on a quest to find a cure to the disease that is procrastination. Let's test my findings.

So, who wants to punch Kruger in the face?

Also since it's month of the dead a certain fossil could make a come back. (I'm talking about Dino princess by the way)
