I think it looks good as-is, but the lines do seem a bit bare to me, so I think tones could help. It's up to you, of course.

Agreed. Don't go overboard with the tones though.

Because the buildings are so nicely detailed and the blacks pull your eyesight into them...my suggestion is if you want to put some tones anywhere, maybe a very very light grey in the sky to make some of the clouds pop out.
Or maybe just go ahead and do a couple variations and see what looks best.

if you want it to be pure b/w, adding more blacks would be nice in certain places like shadows.at the moment it just look too clean and technical, which is not bad.anyhow, good stuff.
