Constructive Feedback

This is part of my school's resources, on constructive feedback.  This video is about as hokey as any job training video employers force people to watch, but does actually give good advice.  It also focuses on writing, but again, the advice is more or less universal for giving feedback.

If I ever get organized and have the time, I'll post more tutorials and stuff they've got.

I think we've been needing this for years now.
No man or beast or kitty-cat or doggy is going to drag me down.

People who are critting as well as people who are on the receiving end would benefit from watching this. There are people on Void that forget about the "finding the good" and approaching critiquing with a positive mindset in people's comics, but for the most part I've noticed this has improved quite a lot (reading old battles on Void and the comments on them is pretty painful haha). If you've never critiqued someone because you were afraid that because you can't draw/draw as well as the artist, keep the things the video pointed out in mind. It should be mandatory because everyone on the site should be critiquing every comic that goes up on Void.

I don't know about that exactly, then we'd just have a lot of comments repeating what was already said.

Better than battles getting 5 comments though haha And of course I don't mean literally everyone should comment on everything, I'd just like to see a little more comment activity going on
