Well, for the sake of making my interest to enter clear. I present my 10 year-old teleporter/martial arts prodigy.

Name: Boek Aestrin

History: When Boek's mother told Boek's grandfather that she was pregnant, the man instantly gagged to death on his ham and swiss sandwich. Boek is named after the last noise that said grandfather made, as a reminder to the boy of the destruction he brings to everything he touches. With his 11th birthday approaching Boek has discovered he has the ability to teleport. He has no idea why and knows that his mother won't explain it to him any time soon because that would require more than a six word sentence, but the boy chooses not to look his gift horse in the mouth. Boek knows that having a super power in Void City means only one thing: You fight. Having spent most of his life being taught how to fight, Boek makes it his goal to learn one thing from every fighter in Void. The boy reasons that by the time he's done that, there won't be anyone in the city he can't beat. Boek is a generally upbeat, somewhat naive kid. He seeks to impress others in everything he does and never backs down from a challenge. He's often (unintentionally) found to be irritating because he's overly childish.

OK so im really new to this whole void thing. Never understood how it worked but it seems this is my ticket in. SO if i am to create a character for this whole ordeal then what are my limitations? Or are there non? Can i have super powers and such? I can't find anything about that in the FAQ. but anyway, i look forward to joining this thing 8D

The only limit is...YOUR IMAGINATION.  Basically you can do what you want.  Granted, not everyone may agree with your ideas, and ultimately you're allowed to say 'fuck you all' but you might not make friends that way.  Just use common sense.
