Downloaded GIMP 2.6.7, tried using it to color this concept I did last year.
I'm decently happy with it- looks a lot better on the computer than my oil paintings do- dem shits are hard to photograph.

The backgrounds a bit much, he may need some sort of outline to help him pop out a bit.

Nice stuff, you've been missed my friend
DJ Neko: Thank you entervoid, you're like the abusive husband I keep coming back to. <3

I beg of you all- CRITIQUE my works in progress.

Not as much as I've missed you guys.
Here's some works in progress.  The last couple weeks of figure drawing class I just started combining parts of different sessions (they're all the same guy because my drawing teacher only employs one male model... every time... figure in that I've been in his classes for four semesters and that means I've drawn THE SAME NAKED MAN FOR TWO YEARS).

But I digress- I need to finish these drawings so I can present them for my next BFA review, it would be awesome if I could be blessed with some critiques and ideas from you guys.

THANKS

Oh yeah, in case it's relevant they're all about 22x30" and all charcoal.

EDIT- for some reason images only show up half the time.  That sucks.  Here are all the URLs.
