For Diascope
I made heavy use of refs becuz I wanted it to not suck, and I tried to practice some shading techniques like people suggested on my last battle.

Had an extra hour for lunch, so:

Red blood phil.
Seriously, this is what a furry looks like.

Just with out the bic pen lines. Lack of correction or the tacked on color.
But to be fair, putting pants on a cat is hard.

Also, Mister Kent, great work.

Thanks, everyone!

I've been thinking of attempting a realistic anthro - but mine would likely be awful
Von Toggle, your Phil looks appropriately heroic and fluffy :)

That picture lies! It makes my brains melt! ???

SortofDuaneFoster

I couldn't draw him with his glasses right, so I thought he'd take 'em off for the picture
And also I know his hair is wrong

Also I think he's trippin' balls in this scene

It's not a song, it's a sandwich.

I feel exactly the same way about people digitally painting overtop of a photograph
-draw like you love it.... not like your mom told you to do it-

Hahah If he was high he'd probably misplace his glasses anyways.
Nice pic! <3 I dunno how you did that skin texture but it looks good

This picture actually kinda freaks me out. I, like, don't want to stare at it too long lest Duane jumps out of my computer screen and gets me. O.O;;
Mm...yes.

Im trying to hit trends between male and female characteristics

and then young and old people until I get a whole spread of how to draw combinations of one.

Tomorrow I might hit up body types or nationalities next.

and then at the tail end of the weekend, varying levels of realism and cartooning.

Its funny how you think up of doing things like this everytime you watch the Incredibles [or the Iron Giant]
