I thought the point of the jam (or any art jam, for that matter), was to have fun and practice drawing at the same time. I'm sorry you don't like my pieces, but I didn't just neglect the design of the previous artist, as you say. Even if it's a quick sketch, it's still practicing things like character design and cropping. As I said in the Flower Jam, I'm just using these topics as warm-ups for my drawing sessions. I

f you don't feel like participating because of the work being done, that's perfectly fine, but I take a bit of offense to you claiming that I didn't put any thought or effort in. Just because it's a different kind of effort or thought doesn't suddenly make it horrible.

Nah, the point of the jam is clearly "let me rub out a quick and sketchy headshot of the last character before posting my own work."

The reason jams got taken away in the first place was quality. They're meant to be fun but try to at least post the same caliber of work you'd post in a Go For Broke thread. Pi you drew a whole scene for your character, and a partial headshot of J. Allen's. How can you say you've put equal thought and effort forth in both?

This jam has a lot of potential guys. Try to fulfill it.
Be nice Jack.

I see your point. I have edited my post with a another pic I did of the character, inks and everything.

For the record, I didn't intend to skip past the previous character, I was limiting myself to a single square of paper and thought that a dramatic close-up would look better than trying to fit the rest of him on the square. I can see how that would be taken the wrong way, and I apologize for the miscommunication. I've also learned that beards and fire-hair are very fun to draw, and spikes are not.

Boring, HA!

I saw through your clever veil, to the underlying truth.
The imaginary couch's true story, A renegade hitman with a sketchy past and nothing left to lose, out for vengeance against those who've betrayed him.

Pretty sneaky sis'

In return, for your compelling story, I offer "Doctor Rhino M.D." a brilliant misanthropic diagnostician who fixes computers in the South Hamptons, voiced by Jeff Goldblum.
