other than the blue circles in the back, the watercolors worked out really nicely. the bg just possibly isn't the right color, I think a different hue could've looked better, like maybe a warmer color to contrast his blue skin?

I think that color would have worked fine, actually, it just needed to be maybe a bit more saturated, and maybe lighter, so there wasn't so much of a contrast between it and the white. A warmer color would work too. Either way, I think the background just needed less contrast

I like the idea of Kars being this low level RPG boss floating around and haunting alley ways. Popping up even in the afternoon to annoy and toss riddles to unsuspecting citizens. Can't even get to your favorite ice cream shop without Kars bugging you.

pretyy good, you have good bas eperspective on things, now to study how variety of buildings look like to enrich the realism in your drawings would be pretty good step
