hey hey hey
I think there are some places where the colors are too dark without any hilights and the lines and details of your characters get a little lost (it's most prevalent in page 1, and it makes it a little hard to see what's going on)
Is the shift of the color off the lines on page 4 panel 4 intentional? It looks like an accident O:
I'm not keen on the lady's run in page 4 panel 1, it kinda looks like she's running backwards to me
Aside from this stuff, this comic is really ace and the color choices are great for the voodoo vibe (I would have also found green accents acceptable) If you haven't already (i'm sure you already took a gander) you should definitely look at the colors and props and environment for Dr. Facilier "the shadow man" from Princess & the Frog~
I'm going to be talking from two different perspectives--one from a resident of Louisiana and one from a newcomer to VOID.
Kozi, you know I'm a fan of your comics. You got some nice inking and coloring, and the writing is a joy to read. I like the little nod to local lingo (Let the good times roll indeed!). It feels like he's a part of Cajun culture without shoehorning the fact, and it's been nice to see examples like this and The Princess and the Frog as opposed to Water Boy's Farmer Fran. The phonetic spelling of Remy's dialog is easy to read and sound out, and I like the compromise you made on how the words are spelled phonetically.
You've said there's some nods to older VOID continuities. Without this, I would have anticipated the reveal of the monstrous portrait in the first page as foreshadowing of a foe to come. Maybe it will be? If it plays a part in the future, I hope there's enough exposition not to just inform newcomers of the situation but to also refresh the minds of veteran members without it sounding like as "As You Know" moment.
I'm looking forward to how Remy takes on this city!
it is intresting to see a character that could be potentially unstoppable to most humans and things with comparable physiology on first inspection it seems pretty impossible to really go toe to toe with someone immune to damage, but characters who use nonlethal force could be intresting to see and things that lack any similar biology would be intresting to see as well?
Kurt: "GOD DAMNIT REMY !!"
That new cajun bronco is EXCATLY what we needed with the approaching halloween hahahaha
His powers seems troublesome hmmmm
RADJI RUN WRITTING COUNTER MESURES
First of all, Ohhh my gosh a character from me. Of all people. FINALLY.
For those of you interested in VOID throwbacks, the tower these two knuckleheads stumbled into belonged to the legendary Doc Pye, who inspired the creepy old painting found in that tower study

The grim events that transpired within that tower Lucrezia so cryptically refers to can be found in Choleric's radical death match battle linked below. Enjoy some void history! :D
