Thanks for the crits guys! Puzzlething: The exact point of "I think you can do better" has been brought up before in some of my other comics. This comic was rife with planning problems and poor time management, but my fight against Eliza is going to be a HUGE step forward in effort and planning. I hope it will show once I'm finished. Animeshen: I definitely agree wholeheartedly-- my BG's need a huge amount of work, and I'm taking the plunge in this next fight as well in regards to that. I hope I can continue to battle and improve. Maybe a scar was just what I needed to get my ass in gear!

Wutata - There's no real explanation for why Cecilia attacks Trix in the first place. Did Trix just happen to wander through someplace where Cecilia is already in rage mode? I think I would've like either some more time before the initial attack to figure out whats going on, or more time spent on character development after they get shunted to the spirit-gun-world-thing. I think you're getting way better at drawing people, but most of your figures/heads are drawn either in profile or strait on. You should vary the angles are which you draw dudes otherwise you're not going to get the practice you need to improve. Also, it's just a single error, but on page 5 you should really be able to see Trix's far shoulder pushed up behind her head. Some tiny stuff, I don't like the white outlines that appear around your characters in the early pages, it makes them feel like paper cutouts, and I don't think you need more than one font for speech. I think you're showing a lot of improvement dude, your faces are especially stronger! Base - It's pretty funny how you guys are giving eachother like the exact opposite scars, haha. Also the same with Wutata's comic, I don't really like how you just plop us into the fight for no reason. A story starting in an ongoing conflict is fine, but I want at least a suggestion of what's going on here. Even just a few lines of dialogue from Cecilia as she's charging would've been great. I really like the figures on page 2. I think you're doing a great job trying to add movement and action to your peeps. Just be careful you don't completely lose the structure of stuff that stretches and bends. Make sure you remember how stuff takes up space. It's hard to know what I should critique, because it looks like a lot of what you were going for got hampered by the deadline, but time management does seems like an ongoing problem for you. I'd really like to see you post something consistent and polished, because I don't feel like I have an accurate picture of how skilled you are. I really want to see what you can do!

wow, I... did not completely understand what was happening in either of these ^^; I dig that they're chock full of paranoid symbolism and when you deal with like ghosts and hallucinations, shit gets a bit hard to convey, but I feel like I sorta lost the narrative a bit and I'm not totally sure WHY anything happened. Though I do find it funny the scars on these fights ended with either less or more arms! wutata, I think you've been building up to this paranoid breakdown the last couple comics so I'm interested in who this blonde woman is and what shes got to do with the story. OH I read it again, shes covered in blood when she cuts up Trix because previously she was hacking up the ghosty arms from the dock? see I thought they were like attacking HER, pulling her apart or something, the body language in that scene was not conveyed very well. you're getting some pretty good atmosphere but I think gesture and pose would be a pretty good thing to study. Can't wait to see where this goes! Base, you seem to have kind of lost it at the end there? The last two pages were sort of a mess. The last page, you have the background, the door in big bold lines and the foreground, Cecelia in thin wispy lines. Thats kind of the opposite of what you want to do- things that are farther away get less line weight. and the page before that... eyeball... maybe electricity?... and your sound effect written over it in the same colour and same line weight.... it looks a bit like a scribble? I'm sorry I don't follow what happened there! the begining where Cecelia appears and attacks Trix is much stronger, good poses there, though they are suffering a shortage of backgrounds. But I do like the creepy tone, the surreal horror comes off nicely lol. keep fighting! you will get better each time!

Uploaded and sent thumbs as well! I'm really not happy with my work, here, but I did finish and I think I learned a lot about timing and planning with this. Looking over it as a whole, I find the flow and pacing is a little weird and disjointed, so I'm going to focus on working on that in future battles. I hope you all enjoy it nonetheless!
