otakotaylor: solid stuff, the lineart is beautiful but your comics scream out for some texture - give those walls a few cracks and scratches, add a brick here and there and just in general "dirty up" your images a bit :) A bit more solid blacks wouldn't hurt either. Your anatomy is solid though, spot on every time - wanna see moooree!
I like your effort Gallo, you've obviously put alot into this comic and it works pretty well ( a few akward poses here and there though) Interesting twist at the end there. Keep this up and you won't be on the loosing side long! :)
Otakutaylor: your panels felt a little empty, maybe more detail in the backgrounds. Very good anatomy, the only poses that were really wonky were the bottom two panels in Page 3. COLOR!
Inquisitor: yours was by far the better script, great dialogue! Nice pacing as well. Obviously you are still developing your style. Do more real life studies.
Thanks for the Crit Bobo, and yeah, I ended up trying to cram a little too much into the last page and ended up leaving a rather important plot point hanging without realizing it.
otakutaylor: Great linework as usual! I especially love the details on Tsumi's muscles. Your backgrounds are well developed, as well. I never felt lost. I would recommend, however, that you spend some time on facial expressions, trying to make them a bit more exaggerated possibly. The last page felt really text-heavy, and probably would have worked better with more panels. It looks like you ran out of time and wanted to throw in something that's part of your storyline, although it didn't tie in with the plot of this individual comic very well. In fact, I don't understand why Sasha was there at all, other than the vague reference to a "Deamonic relic." Tsumi is a pleasure, as always, but pay attention to those little details that will really bring your story home and make the other characters pop.
Gallo: I'm SONIC THE F*****G HEDGEHOG!!! Great reference, I loved it. I felt like the story was well thought out and good overall, except that I don't see Tsumi as the type who would go to Sasha's house and attack like that. The last panel felt anticlimactic, as well, like I missed a good punchline or something. Definitely keep working on your anatomy and consistency with character's faces and stuff, but I really enjoyed your comic even without perfect anatomy, so that's a great sign!
Good comics on both sides! Keep them coming!
