Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for the crits and advice! I'm really glad you guys think the lines have improved. That was really the main focus of this battle, even if I did get a little lazy near the end. As far as shading and hatching goes, I'll definitely give it a shot. I realize that the setting does seem a little time vague without the moon, so I'll try to step it up with shading and whatnot to work on the clarity. As far as Howling is concerned, I'll be taking a little break from him (though don't quote me on that, as I am a fickle man), but it certainly isn't the end. I've got plans for him, and I do want to see them through. Thanks for taking the time to read, and I really appreciate the comments guys. It means a lot to me.

GPS: Your comics have cleaned up by leaps and bounds in such a short time. I dig how you carried on with the Werewolf invasion of Void- those pesky backflippers need to be dealt with. Continuity is always awesome. Your lines are heaps cleaner and you've got a great sense of anatomy and action going. While the setting was serviceable it was perhaps a bit sparse and some half tones of hatchings to darken things up would add that harsh light you're searching for. Your bold blacks are great however. The most exciting part is the allusion to a future for Howling- when the wolf pack rolls into town. I personally cannot wait to see it! Willy D: You've truly stepped up your game here, with fine lines and bold blacks that perfectly establish a very strong sense of character and textures few others can rival. Your layouts are inventive and your battle is epic. I think the transformation scene kicks ass and your lighting on all the weird forms- furs, flesh and armor look fantastic. I think you could work on the jumpy storytelling a bit- maybe have some smaller moment panels to chain events together so its less sudden leaps forward but you're one of my favorites illustrators at Void so its all gravy man! Watch that time management- I know two weeks isn't much time but the incompleteness is all that hurts you.

Will: There is a soft spot a mile wide in my heart for knights in shining armour, and bare-fleshed men slipping out of wolf pets interested me greatly. You did an excellent job on that, sir-- the look meshed well with your hatching style, and never once looked out-of place. My main critique with your work is that you have the tendency to tell your audience what is going on via dialogue, versus showing us. A prime example of this occurs when Howling clutches at his chest and announces that he's been "hurt bad". When? Where did Gabriel go? There are several "blips" in the action here. GPS: Well, you've tidied up shop, haven't you? Looking much cleaner than your previous work, here, and the action was easy to follow. A tidy little story, with a delicious punch of violence-- it's a good recipe, GPS. Keep at it! I would like to see more blacks out of you, or even toning-- the scene takes place in a warehouse at night, clearly, but lacks atmosphere. Without colour or shading, I would get the impression that this is happening on a sunny afternoon, if not for the stars through the window. Gentlemen, a solid match overall.

GPS- Having them working together was sweet, Showing Howling superiority to other werewolves was interesting. Best of his kind is always a cool concept. The artwork is way better than your last comic. Super clean. W_Duel - Your Hatching is looking nice. Some of your paneling is a little confusing, not so confusing that it didn't make sense, just a bit off putting. its a shmae you couldn't finish all of your pages. The whole "skin" was pretty creepy. Muscles fiber were lookin' good. I look forward to your next comic.

GPS: it looks like you really got a good handle on those lines of yours! It's incredible how much you've improved since your debut in the SDT with Eli :] These pages are looking pretty clean, and I'm liking how Gregory's shaping up. Family, eh? I'm looking forward to seeing more! Will: First off, I see that Bartender : D thanks for the cameo! I've always loved how detailed you make your comics, although unfinished, you can really tell you put so much effort into each panel. There's a little anatomy things here and there, but I really love how you interpereted Gregory. Always cool to see an alternative take on a character.

sorry for the delay! The system normally notifies me when a comic is supposed to be going up, but that didn't happen.
