Nothin: short & concise. Nothing bad. It does what it needs to, but there's no meat to it. It just was, you know? Tinman, very nice rendering. The layouts felt cramped by the amount & size of your text. It felt like it took up a great deal of real estate on your pages, crowding out some really nice art. Your style's nice & I would've liked to have seen it get more room to breathe. That mixed with circular inset & tall panel-on-the-right layouts kind of made me have to question where I needed to look next & took me out of it at times. It looked like you did your best to lead the eye but it still wasn't feeling all that clear at times.

I greatly appreciate your critiques and compliments, I shall keep them in mind going forward. Nothing- I really appreciate the thought you put into the environments of your first few pages, you definitely captured the sense of place surrounding Joe's home. Although your setup was simple you had me laughing with the expressions at Joe's final Rock Paper Scissors defeat. I had a pleasure drawing Beo, although he's far from the monsters and heroes I'm used to battling- I enjoyed telling a more human tale... for a few pages there anyway. You did say his tongue was.. "a secret".

Nothin > Surprise velociraptor cameo, nice! A fine battle of RPS there, pastime of champions XD TIN > 'Yippee Skippy' is totally a manly war-cry. Another entertaining submission there, good work sir!

Nothingoingon-I liked the simple premise of the comic. I think since you kept this so short and sweet, you could have potentially spent a bit more time on your backgrounds. You were off to a nice start in the exterior scenes, but once we got to the interior scenes they got a little barren. TINMAN-solid linework again, the text was also easier to read this time. I think you could do a better job with your panel layouts. While I appreciate how dynamic and adventurous they are, there were a few instances where I kept reading the order of the panels wrong. This was primarily present on page 4, even though you made it clear what panel was #1 and #2 my eyes kept wanting to move downward instead of left to right because they were all jumbled.

Nothin: Cute entry, although I feel as if you could have tightened up some of the technical bits a little. Still, it's a fun little read! TINMAN: Holy moly. You keep blowing me away with your work, dude. Some of the panels can get a bit confusing in terms of how one reads down a page, but everything is dynamic and well drawn and all guns blazing.

Well despite not being motivated for most of the week we had for this, I managed to make a better effort than last time. Let's see how this will turn out! (you'll probably win Tinman...)
