Hahahahahahaha, fukking awesome. My favourite bit was the part with the shrooms. Those rainbow colours, been trying to get that effect for three matches. I'm impressed with how most of the characters look. Cherry looks almost the same as the original artist draws her. "It's easier to get if i start from the beginning" Priceless!

Thanks yeah since you us PS just go to image, rotate, flip horizontally then on a seperate layer either try to use a different color for corrections. or you can use the seltection tool and sellect mistakes that you can mess around with till it looks good enough.

That's very interesting; some of the other "faves" I've been told have varied depending on the person, with different people rating strips in radically different ways. One for example loved Gen-Dar and put High-Brow Narrative at the lowest, while another thought Hollow was the weakest and that Male Interpretation was the strongest. Surveys <3

I'd say it's because people rather see their characters in other versions or even cooler looking drawn by "better" artists, instead of them looking nearly as they would draw them themself. Funnyness: 1. High-brow Narrative 2. Spieces Insensetive 3. Hollow 4. Male Interpretation 5. Meme Blast 6. Unpredicted Side Effects / Gen-der Joke with Cherry is an easy one to get old and it's not the reason why people fell in love in the character. Switching 180* might give diffrent effect since you work on your computer - those lines look like that - I usually see many mistakes just after scanning.

Speaking of styles, what bugs me about this comic is that for each character cameo you've shown, you seem to just "try" to copy the original artists style for the character instead of adapting them to your own. Just about all of the characters here are guilty of that. I guess it's good that you're trying out new stuff, but you're not really pushing yourself and your style this way. Its always better to study from life and develop it into your own personal style than copy what others do. Hope this sparks something for you this new year, keep it up!

He meant exactly what he said. After drawing something/anything, flip the image. Example: draw a face on a sheet of paper. turn the paper over and hold it up against the light at arm's length. You should be able to see what you draw, except in reverse. Does it look good? If it doesn't, redraw until it looks better in reverse/flipped. ANYWAY, are you trying out a different style or something?

I'm also getting the facebook.exe download. We be havin' problems. EDIT: read it on Lightbox. Some of the humor was a bit dry, but I still enjoyed this. Sonny fell for the trap! This is some good stuff. Be proud.
