both of you did a nice job this round. I was really looking forward to this and wondering how the moon people would interact with each other. @ Orange: I really like your backgrounds and coloring. The interaction was great and I admit I'm just as confused as Luna is about Papillion was trying to say. XD @ mickequ: I love your characters, got confused with that one page where the moon got blasted and formed a crater, I wasn't sure exactly what was going on, but I could tell that was the driving force of the conflict. great job and good luck to both of you in your future comics.

very nicely done you two! I have to admit I was looking forward to this match, although both sides did seem just a little stale compared to your previous ones, but hell if it look just as amazing

Thanks guys! I'm hoping that my next comic will rock hardcore IF I win this, since this is still pretty close and it could go either way really I think! But if I move on, I also hope that the dialog will be a bit deeper for you Dan, and that more stuff will happen! I have a vague idea of what I want to accomplish now for this next comic and its going to take a LOT of work to pull it off, but I am hoping I can manage it. If I don't win then I can definitely just do a beyond battle and finish this story off proper. Thanks for the crits guys!

Orange, I think you should have tried to add some lighter value to your BGs cause they don't make your characters pop.

Anaranjado - Liking the BGs. And your figures are getting cleaner each comic. They're looking nice here! I liked W+P dialog, but missing something deeper. But time is unforgiving, I know this. Q - Your consistency continues to shine! Tho your small page size is compromising on your action, as Willie D mentioned about the second page. I get what happened... but only kinda. Great comics from the two of you, gonna be a decisive match!

Yeah, probably because there was still supposed to be another page to really wrap it up but I had to cut it due to time restrictions. I hopefully will be able to jump right into the thick of if I win this, or next comic I make outside of this. Thanks!

Orange, good, but it did feel a bit... pointless. I usually don't have anything agaisnt pointless, and we actually get clues about Luna, but in the end, it felt kinda empty. Actually, that would be my comment for both of you. So yeah, not your bests, but still pretty good.

Haha I'll explain more of what happened up there really really soon-ish hopefully. And yeah man, my entry needs major sprucing up but I ran out of time. I wish I could have done this fight more justice but urgh...time. Anyway, thanks for the great fight! I love your comic, it made me laugh haha.

Quality wise I'd say both were great, though Orange's could use a bit of sprucing up here and there. Storywise, Luna's side was cool and I like how he handled the 'kink' he had percieved originally so good job. Mickedqu's was good too but it lacked...depth maybe? I felt the resolution was just a bit too quick. And also I'm not too clear on what happened on the moon. So Luna landed on the moon and then when she bounced off it she destroyed a large chunk of it? Anyways cool reads from both.

Okay, put up what I have so far. I wish I could have gotten everything done up like the first page. If this battle is uploaded early, no sweat, I'm cool with that. But if its not up by the time I get home tomorrow (going into the school to work on a bunch of HW and stuff) I might try and finish the character shading. I got slammed with massive amounts of HW now that college is rolling around to the end of this quarter...so yeah, sorry if it isn't quite what it could be =(. I'm kicking myself in the nuts for not being able to get everything to look like Page 1 at least, but life gets in the way. Anyway, excited to see your comic Mickequ! I am so sorry if I represented your characters wrong at any point.

Haha thanks dude, and I should be able to upload sometime before I go to bed tonight. I won't have time to work on them tomorrow (Never usually do on Sundays anyway) so they're a little on the rushed side when it comes to the last 2 pages in terms of everything really, and then for the BGs on everything past page 1. It was a big mistake for me to try and tackle painting them, but what can ya do right? Just taking a small break right now before I tackle these again. I've almost done 4 of the pages today pretty much.

What's wrong with a kink in this story?? I could see Whitcomb and Papillion getting kinky... Wait. Open instantrimshot.com in another window, then re-read the comment and add "At least I'd like to." Then click the button.
