I Love love love love your style. I dunno what it is about it, but God it's unique and like where the wild things are in bright vibrant color. If you ever want to do a hype for my battles or whatever. Please don't hesitate. I will make it my wall paper. This is just really entertaining to read and a solid piece of work. Looking forward to the future. Who knows, maybe a battle sometime

Awesome stuff, I wasn't a big fan of the spaghetti arms, but I loved the detail. My only problem was that everything had the same tone, so the foreground and background kind of muddled together.

Now is the time to start mass producing Tickle-Me-Merks just in time for Christmas.

Man, this was colorful and beautifully detailed and the ink work was nice too. D: Some pages can be very confusing due to the detail though. Also there were times when some of the anatomy looked odd, mostly with Jazz's neck like on pages 2 and 4 were it looks rather long in some panels. Anyways I really didn't have many problems with this, I really enjoyed both the art and the story. Good stuff! will you be doing more soon?

I'm using CS3 right now and that might be it. I never flatten my images before resizing. Thanks alot angie.

Are you using Photoshop? If so, what version? Are you flattening your layers before you resize to 72 dpi? Because I just tested it in Photoshop CS3 and if I didn't flatten my image and resized to 72 dpi my text would get really pixelated. If I flattened my image and then resized to 72 dpi my text stayed crisp and smooth. That's the only thing I could think of that could be doing it.

William_Duel: I hate you. Yet I love you (no homo). Your comment made me sad, then ecstatic, then dissapointed. In that order. SQUIDMAN: This is really impressive, I noticed that you really did a good job with the lighting as well as all the details. One thing, though, that immediately popped out to me was the lettering; Keelhauled(i think that's the name?) looks cool, but it seems a bit too showy to be a really good comic font--bit hard to read. I think that one thing you have to be careful of is your level of detail. It's gorgeous to look at, but be mindful of how it affects your pacing. But I loved the design of the city and the rooms all overgrown with plants, and that it fits into a previous event storyline. Thanks so much! Yeah it is Keelhauled; I'm really bad at selecting what font to use for my comics. I'll definatly try to go with a less flashy font in the future. Monday: Son, I am gripped and throttled the amount of time put in is just a herculean task and deserves praise in of itself. Really, there isn't much here to say except that you have inspired me to pick up a brush and just walk into a drugstore to look for some damn watercolors, it was that epic. Your backgrounds are not sparing, and your colors and composition just mesh together amazingly. Breathe this day in, friend- it's a victory worth the 318 hundred days of fire. (I will crit once I recover from the initial shock of awesome.) Oh man coming from you that is like god just dropped stone tablets on my head, except instead of the commandments on them it just says "HELL YEAH SON". I totally look forward to you tearing into this. It feels crazy good to be done with this, plus I can finally battle again now. And seeing a Monday comic with watercolors would just be fantastical. amazingdavid: Holy jesus fuck this was good...I don't think I've actually been enthralled by many void comics...this one definitely has me second guessing the quality of my own work... super fucking awesome yo... Super fucking thank you dude! It really blows me away that you guys like it so much. Really I'm crazy flattered. Hiemie: This is gorgeous. You REALLY can use watercolor beautifully. It actually made me feel bad like I'm slacking. Thanks alot dude, and I love the way you use watercolors. It's really raw and plays up the natural properties of the paints. Sometimes I feel like I'm not really letting the watercolors be watercolors you know. zsabreuser: Puzzle, you draw very good for a girl >: I angieness: awesome crit Thanks alot for the crit angie. I most definatly have a problem with making my stuff too busy and working it too much. It would probably help speed me up as well as help my storytelling to learn where and when to loosen up. I understand atmospheric perspective in theory, but when it comes to application I always end up using it much too primitively. I was actually having a problem with the text not being pixelated. I add them in when I'm working at 300dpi and for some reason it makes them really pixelated. I tried adding the words at 72 dpi and that makes them smooth and much more readable, but the problem is I draw the boxes digitally and so I need to work as a higher dpi. Your like digital kung fu master, so if you know anything I could do I would be super grateful.

While the comic is extremely lovely and you did an amazing job with the colors and backgrounds, your stuff was often so detailed I had no idea what to look at and where my eye was supposed to go. Like you had a pretty nice balance of detail in the interior shots, but on the exterior shots I have no idea where I'm supposed to be looking. It may help to cut down the detail just a little or to use color to show the viewer where they should be looking. For example, you can either try having like warm colors where you want us to focus on and cool colors everywhere else, or cut down on the intensity of colors that are supposed to be further away from the viewer. Another thing to watch out for is your text, since your font is looking kind of pixelated I had a very hard time reading it sometimes since all the words would kind of blend together for me. I think you overall did a great job, but try not to get so carried away with the detail or find ways to make it not feel cluttered.

HELL YEAH I AM. By the way Angie, I accidentally uploaded wordless versions of pages 6,12, and 13. I used the uploader to add the right versions, but it's not showing them updated in my preview thing in the manager. I just want to make sure it's going to come out okay or should I e-mail you the right images?
