Yeah i'll admit i'm not sure if stranger is a robot or not, i just assumed cause i read dragon-dan's old stuff and stranger does a lot of robot-like things, that combined with the Living alloy thing, i figured he was something like the T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. I looked up E.M.P's before i added it into my ending too, and from what i found they disrupt operating systems, and A.I. and such. and since Ethos doesn't have a robotic brain he'd be unaffected. although i did concider messing up his robot parts anyways, time didn't allow me too.

Hiemie: I thought stranger was a living alloy, and not a robot? Also, how come the EMP didn't effect Ethos' robotic parts? I was gonna let the thing about what the Stranger is made of slide for the sake of artistic flexibility, and I then assumed Ethos would protect his own parts from such an attack. *shrug*

Penryn - I liked your lines, nice variety of width. Storywise I also thought it was cool that both of you did an Ethos log narration Dan - Your colors were nice, very natural. The story was nice - the end demonstrates perfectly why Ethos is brilliant and well-meaning and NEEDS TO BE STOPPED before he kills again ;)

Penryn I just read through yours really quick but I'm going to read it again and again. This is easily the most pumped I've been about one of my own challenges. I could just go on adding exclamation marks until the cows come home. (!!!) Oh man, you did that spooky body/tentacle with a face on the end, straight out of The Abyss, or like, Princess Mononoke. That is my all time favorite thing to do with The Stranger, though I don't think I've done it in any of the battles, so double the points for drawing that. XD The fight was awesome, this was great pacing, camera angles, panelling, YES. I loled that we both started on an Ethos diary and ended on a bonus feature page. VERY happy to have battled. Ha ha, maybe a rematch in the future? Mine: The last comic pages I coloured were my intro pages for Stranger, so I'm well & truly pleased with myself for what I got done in the last 7 days of this challenge. I actually did all the colouring on thursday, trying out a couple things for the first time. I'm trying to incorporate more of that crazy future Void that Spikes did so well.
