Thank ya Kev, I was also thinking those things were weird in the end, probably because the script I used was 2 years old and is in dire need of re-editing. If I can finish this and change the story up, I would like to talk to you about doing something for publishing my first book.

There's a couple of things I find a bit weird in this... 1) the 'time' in page three. Giant gets stabbed, drops the girl, wraps his finger (where did that fabric come from?), then only once he's done dressing the wound do we see the girl again apparently having just gotten up. Alex should have hit the ground somewhere between panels 3 and 4, but we don't see it happen, which is a little weird. I'm also still unsure of how long it took to find the fabric and fully wrap the finger, which is disconcerting as a reader. Lastly, I'm unsure if Alex is getting up from where she fell because it seems far from where she was dropped. 2) I find it odd that not only did the sword pierce both the Giant's hands, but that he also couldn't get himself out. 3) If the giant isn't trying to kill anyone, he's going about it in an odd way. Stomping on things (the stage coach is Part 1, and now here nearly stepping on Alex twice) would surely kill a human at his weight and size. All in all I think this is good in both art and writing and agree with everyone else in that the backgrounds are especially strong. Now, just work on that female anatomy and differentiating hairstyles. Hopefully I see you in a Pulpo soon.

It looks like you're starting to get the hang of hatching, this time around it actually felt like the hatching was meant to be shading and not just a tool to fill in space. You probably could have gone just a little darker in some areas so the inking wouldn't feel faded, but that could also have to do with your lack of time to do clean up. It was nice to see a variety of shots, you did really good with the action and your poses are looking less stiff. While the inks on the characters were pretty clean most of the time, there were still some areas where it got a bit wobbly like on the monster's tail and in the bands on his arms. The giant's reaction to the attack was unexpected and was kind of cute which was entertaining.

OH, BTW... sorry for the ink quality on this one, I was in such a rush to submit (due to lacking a scanner until the last day) that I forgot to clean up everything.

I'm not sure how I could get anything bigger than a 11 x 17 inch paper honestly (Plus with the standard scanner I've got, I can't scan anything bigger than that without chopping up the paper ; 3; ). But thanks man, got any recommendations for the books and such? Oh, Will, don't be afraid to point out the funky anatomy bits when possible, I've got a good idea of what you're referring to though, so thank you.

I dig the solid, strong figure/character drawings. I'm questing the combo of having strong black outlined figures with the sketchy pen backgrounds. It just looks a little funny, maybe find a way to get better texture then those scratchy lines. Peek around other pro's books and see how they do it. Also, I think if you drew a little bit bigger, then scan and shrunk them down your work would be even more dynamic/cleaner. It's okay if you have to scan one page 3-4 times to get it all in there, it's worth it.

This is turning to be quite good, you're pulling off quality backgrounds with good number of pages. Anatomy issues here and there but its looking great.

Finished on time, uploaded a bit late @_@. Oh, edited the giant character a bit so he could be a bit less Redblood-ish (which is totally unintentional BTW). Pretty satisfied that I got this part done, wish I could of done this a bit quicker. Hope you like it.
