Awsome job, this gave me a good laugh. I love the part where he couldn't get the sword out! You've got a really awsome style, and have a good balance of making Mize kick ass but still get his ass kicked sometimes, which is important in a story. Fighters at level 182364 who never get knocked around a bit are borring, and unbeleivable. Can't wait to see the next part!

two words....ink brush......you need heavier blacks.....the action and writing is good and the panelling is working for me...but it's too empty...if you are gonna work without your lovely colours than you need to gimmie more in the inking department

That was a good read, thoroughly enjoyed that. I agree the blur tool made too many appearances but the fights were still fun to look at. Waiting impatiently for issue 2.

Oh lord, this is GREAT! I love the comedy and character inter-actions! And yes, Kura is right. FINALLY, something besides just fighting or ego-stroking. Characters doing more than just trying to kill each other. :D Whoo-hoo!

I don't give a damn about the action or the pacing. FINALLY, Void is graced with a ROMANCE STORY. yays ^_^

Very impressive that you got this up in the midst of your battle-lust, kommerade. Still sketchy in places like your previous battles, which is understandable considering what you've been trying to do... but I think this battle scene is the best thought-out of the stuff I've seen from you so far. Very few close-ups where the preceding panels don't set the reader up, if any. Though I still feel the blur tool was a bit overused in places, but heck. :p Also, like I've told you before... the expression has gone up leaps and bounds here, I can really feel the personalities... the dojo master is hilarious, and you captured Kate so well! I can't wait for part 2!
